Abstract
Proses optimasi gudang yang baik akan mengikuti keberhasilan dalam pengendalian persediaan di gudang. Diketahui, Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) PT Hosana Jaya Farma selama 12 bulan terakhir mengalami kelebihan stok hingga deadstock. Sediaan obat tersebut antara lain Srubex Z sisa 40 box dengan total kerugian Rp4.540.560 dan Renadinac 25 sisa 240 box dengan total kerugian Rp4.320.000. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan perencanaan persediaan obat maka perlu dilakukan pengendalian persediaan yang optimal untuk menentukan jumlah persediaan yang dibutuhkan pada bulan berikutnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah mixed method dengan metode analisis ABC, VEN, dan kombinasi metode analisis ABC VEN dengan menggunakan data kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dan data kuantitatif yang tersedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok C pada obat candesartan tablet 8mg (24) mempunyai persentase pendapatan sebesar 0,88% dan persentase kumulatif sebesar 95,28%. Dalam bentuk tablet, kaplet, kapsul, sirup/tetes dan suspensi/emulsi, kelompok VB sebanyak 5 item, kelompok VC sebanyak 12 item, kelompok EA sebanyak 18 item, dan kelompok EA sebanyak 16 item. kelompok EB sebanyak 57 butir, kelompok EC sebanyak 57 butir, kelompok NA sebanyak 4 butir, kelompok NB sebanyak 3 butir, dan kelompok NC sebanyak 10 butir. Selain itu, perencanaan persediaan obat dilakukan berdasarkan safety stock, reorder point (ROP) dan metode konsumsi yang didukung oleh sumber data yang dikelola secara mandiri. A good warehouse optimization process will follow the success of inventory control in the warehouse. It is known that the pharmaceutical wholesaler (PBF) PT Hosana Jaya Farma has experienced excess stock to deadstock for the past 12 months. The drug preparations include Srubex Z with 40 boxes remaining with a total loss of IDR 4,540,560, and Renadinac 25 with 240 boxes remaining with a total loss of IDR 4,320,000. To determine the success of drug inventory planning, it is necessary to carry out optimal inventory control to determine the amount of inventory needed in the following month. The analysis method used is mixed method with ABC, VEN, and a combination of ABC VEN analysis methods using qualitative data by conducting interviews and available quantitative data. The results showed that group C in candesartan tablets 8mg (24) had a revenue percentage of 0.88% and a cumulative percentage of 95.28%. In the form of tablets, caplets, capsules, syrups/drops and suspensions/emulsions, group VB has 5 items, group VC has 12 items, group EA has 18 items, and group EA has 16 items. group EB has 57 items, group EC has 57 items, group NA has 4 items, group NB has 3 items, and group NC has 10 items. In addition, drug inventory planning is carried out based on safety stock, reorder point (ROP) and consumption methods supported by self-managed data sources.
