Abstract
Perusahaan retail menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang sangat berkaitan dengan banyaknya tumpukkan file atau arsip produk, di mana retail menjadi industri dengan kompleksitan informasi yang cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen data di receiving Transmart Buah Batu Bandung melalui implementasi sistem informasi manajemen arsip receiving berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan database lokal. Tujuan penelitian mencakup penanganan permasalahan penyimpanan manual arsip dan penginputan data. Rancangan sistem, termasuk flowchart, use case diagram, dan pengembangan dengan PHP, berhasil diterapkan untuk meningkatkan aksesbilitas dan pengelolaan data dalam organisasi. Penulis penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype dalam pengembangan sistem yang populer karena memungkinkan pengembang dan pemakai berinteraksi satu sama lain selama proses pembuatan untuk merancang sistem pengarsipan dokumen. Penelitian ini melibatkan solusi terhadap masalah penyimpanan dan pengelolan arsip yang efektif, mendukung keputusan yang lebih tepat, dan meningkatkan produktivitas receiving. Dalam implementasinya, sistem ini membantu meminimalkan resiko kehilangan dan kerusakan data penting. Retail companies are one of the companies that are closely related to large piles of product files or archives, where retail is an industry with quite high information complexity. This research aims to improve the efficiency of Transmart Buah Batu Bandung revenue data management through the implementation of a web-based revenue archive management information system using PHP and local databases. The research objectives include handling the problems of manual archival storage and data input. The system design, including flowcharts, use case diagrams, and development with PHP, was successfully implemented to improve data accessibility and management in the organization. The author of this research uses the prototype method in system development which is popular because it allows developers and users to interact with each other during the creation process to design a document archiving system. This research involves solutions to the problem of effective records storage and management, supporting more informed decisions, and increasing revenue productivity. In its implementation, this system helps minimize the risk of loss and damage to important data.
