Abstract

Dukungan organisasi menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam individu mencapai work-family balance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Work-Family Balance pada Ibu Bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 385 orang ibu yang bekerja. Dua instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perceived organizational support yang diadaptasi oleh Nova (2022) dan work-family balance yang dimodifikasi oleh Novenia dan Ratnaningsih (2017). Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara perceived organizational support terhadap work-family balance pada ibu bekerja. Besarnya pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap work-family balance pada ibu bekerja sebesar 72.8% dan 27.2% lainnya berasal dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Organizational support is an important factor in individual achieving work-family balance. This research aims to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Work-Family Balance in Working Mothers. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational design. Respondents in the study were 385 working mothers. The two research instrument used in this research are perceived organizational support adapted by Nova (2022) and working-family balance modified by Novenia and Ratnaningsih (2017). The sampling technique used snowball sampling. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the research show that there is a negative and significant influence between perceived organizational support on work-family balance in working mothers. The magnitude of the influence of perceived organizational support on work-family balance in working mothers is 72.8% and the other 27.2% comes from other variables not examined in this research.
