Abstract
Dinamika krisis pendidikan nilai muncul, seiring banyaknya atlet yang hanya berfokus terhadap kemenangan tanpa mempedulikan nilai-nilai olympic. Perubahan paradigma dari "sport outcomes" menjadi "development societal outcomes" menjadi landasan pergeseran dalam cara kita memahami nilai olahraga, mengakui potensi olahraga untuk berkontribusi pada pembangunan sosial yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menghadirkan cara baru yaitu mengintegrasikan model latihan pencak silat berbasis olympic movement agar pesilat/atlet mendapatkan pemahaman yang luas dan utuh tentang nilai-nilai olympic movement. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 45 orang yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok, 15 orang kelompok model pencak silat berbasis olympic movement (blok), 15 orang kelompok (random) dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah olympic movement instrument (omi). Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengaruh yang berbeda pada nilai-nilai olympic movement pada setiap kelompok, dimana kelompok latihan pencak silat berbasis olympic movement metode blok, dengan kelompok latihan pencak silat berbasis olympic movement metode random lebih baik daripada kelompok latihan pencak silat tanpa berbasis olympic movement. Disimpulkan bahwa model pencak silat berbasis olympic movement yaitu: respect, friendship dan excellence dengan intentionally structuring efektif memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman nilai olympic movement terhadap pesilat/atlet, model berbasis olimpic movement layak untuk digunakan, dan efektif membentuk karakter pesilat. The dynamics of the values education crisis emerged, as many athletes only focused on achieving achievements without caring about values education, especially the values of the Olympic movement. The paradigm shift from "sport outcomes" to "development societal outcomes" has informed a shift in the way we understand the value of sport, recognizing the potential of sport to contribute to broader social development and improve the quality of life of society as a whole. This research presents a new way, namely integrating an Olympic movement-based pencak silat training model so that martial artists/athletes gain a broad and complete understanding of the values of the Olympic movement. The research method used in this research is experimentation. The research sample consisted of 45 people who were divided into three groups, 15 people in the Olympic movement-based pencak silat model group (block), 15 people in the group (random) and 15 people in the control group. The instrument used was the Olympic Movement questionnaire. The findings of the research showed that there was a different increase in influence on the Olympic movement values in each group, where the pencak silat training group based on the block method Olympic movement, with the pencak silat training group based on the random method Olympic movement were better than the non-Olympic based pencak silat training group. movements. It was concluded that the Olympic movement-based pencak silat model, namely: respect, friendship and excellence with intentional structuring, effectively contributes to the value of the Olympic movement for fighters/athletes, the Olympic movement model is suitable for use, and is effective in shaping the character of the fighter.
