    Abstract

    Dalam penelitian ini dikaji lebih dalam terkait peran Master of Training
    (MoT) dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan melalui
    Building Learning Commitment (BLC) pada pelatihan Pelayanan
    Kesehatan bagi Korban Kekerasan terhadap Perempuan dan Anak
    (KtP/A) dan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO) di Fasilitas
    Pelayanan Kesehatan (Fasyankes) Angkatan 1 Dinas Kesehatan Kota
    Tasikmalaya di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Pelatihan
    Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan
    untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan BLC, peran MoT dalam BLC,
    peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan, dan faktor pendukung
    dan penghambat dalam peran MoT untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar
    peserta pelatihan pada pelatihan ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
    yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian observasi, wawancara,
    angket, dan studi dokumentasi. Pada pelatihan ini, peneliti menemukan
    adanya pelaksanaan BLC yang baik, dilaksanakan secara bertahap dan
    tersusun melalui empat fase diantaranya forming, storming, norming, dan
    performing. MoT pada BLC di pelatihan ini berperan sangat baik sebagai
    fasilitator, motivator, dan membuat komitmen. Dengan adanya beberapa
    upaya yang dilakukan oleh MoT pada pelatihan ini motivasi bejalar
    peserta pelatihan meningkat. Selain itu, tidak terdapat faktor penghambat
    melainkan hanya terdapat faktor pendukung secara instrinsik dan
    eksrinsik yang mendukung MoT berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi
    belajar peserta pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan pada
    setiap pelatihan MoT dapat melakukan perannya dengan baik.

    In this research, we examine in more depth the role of the Master of
    Training (MoT) in increasing the learning motivation of training
    participants through Building Learning Commitment (BLC) in Health
    Services training for Victims of Violence against Women and Children
    (KtP/A) and the Crime of Human Trafficking (TPPO). ) at the Fasilitas
    Pelayanan Kesehatan (Fasyankes) Batch 1 Dinas Kesehatan Kota
    Tasikmalaya at the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Pelatihan
    Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Barat. This research aims to
    find out how BLC is implemented, the role of MoT in BLC, increasing
    training participants' learning motivation, and supporting and inhibiting
    factors in the role of MoT to increase training participants' learning
    motivation in this training. The research method used is descriptive
    qualitative research techniques using observation, interviews,
    questionnaires and documentation studies. In this training, researchers
    found a good application of BLC, carried out in stages and structured
    through four phases including forming, storming, norming, and
    performing. The Ministry of Transportation at BLC in this training
    played a very good role as a facilitator, motivator and commitment
    maker. With several efforts made by the Ministry of Transportation in
    this training, the motivation of the training participants increased. Apart
    from that, there are no inhibiting factors but only intrinsic and extrinsic
    supporting factors that support the Ministry of Transportation to
    participate in increasing the learning motivation of training participants.
    Based on the research results, it is recommended that every training the
    Ministry of Transportation can mix well.
