Abstract
Pendahuluan: Intervensi pencegahan stunting umumnya dilakukan pada 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK), namun intervensi tersebut belum membuahkan hasil yang optimal. Sehingga dilakukan perluasan intervensi sampai 8000 HPK, sehingga usia remaja menjadi sasaran utama dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Tujuan: untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas pemberian permainan ular tangga terhadap manajemen stunting pada remaja. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskristif kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan kuasi eksperimental, penelitian ini dilakukan kepada siswa perempuan di SMPN 2 Dayeuhkolot sejumlah 70 siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan permainan ular tangga tentang manajemen stunting yang dinilai berupa aspek pengetahuan dan sikap. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk melihat perbedaan nilai pretest dan postest dengan tingkat signifikan 5%, uji Mann Whitney untuk melihat perbedaan kelompok intervensi dan kontrol, serta uji N-Gain untuk menguji keefektifan permainan ular tangga. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa, nilai rata-rata pengetahuan 63,14 dan sikap 74,54 sebelum diberikan intervensi, setelah intervensi nilai rata-rata pengetahuan menjadi 91,74 dan sikap 89,74 dengan (p-value sebesar 0,000) yang artinya terdapat perbedaan nilai sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi, hasil uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-value 0,000 yang artinya ada perbedaan antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil uji N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa permainan ular tangga dikatakan efektif dengan nilai 76,21%. Simpulan: berdasarkan hasil penelitian, permainan ular tangga ini dapat dijadikan salah satu intervensi keperawatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap anak tentang manajemen stunting pada remaja. Introduction: Stunting prevention interventions are generally carried out in the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK), but these interventions have not produced optimal results. So that the intervention is expanded to 8000 HPK, so that adolescents become the main target in stunting prevention efforts. The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of snake and ladder games on stunting management in adolescents. Method: The research design used was quantitative descriptive using a quasi-experimental design, this research was conducted on female students at SMPN 2 Dayeuhkolot totaling 70 students. This research instrument uses snakes and ladders about stunting management which is assessed in the form of aspects of knowledge and attitudes. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to see differences in pretest and postest scores with a significant level of 5%, the Mann Whitney test to see differences in intervention and control groups, and the N-Gain test to test the effectiveness of snakes and ladders games. Result: The results of the study found that, the average value of knowledge was 63.14 and attitude 74.54 before the intervention, after the intervention the average value of knowledge became 91.74 and attitude 89.74 with (p-value of 0.000) which means there was a difference in value before and after the intervention, the results of the Mann Whitney test showed that the p-value was 0.000 which means there was a difference between the intervention group and the control group. The results of the N-Gain test showed that the snake and ladder game was said to be effective with a value of 76.21%. Discussion: Based on the result, this snakes and ladders game can be used as one of the nursing interventions to increase children's knowledge and attitudes about stunting management in adolescents.
