Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi hadirnya program Transformasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Inklusi Sosial yang dibuat oleh Perpustakaan Nasional. Perpustakaan Kelurahan Kota Tangerang menjadi salah satu perpustakaan yang terpilih untuk menjalankan program tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang diimplementasikan perpustakaan kelurahan dalam menjalankan program transformasi perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial sehingga tercapainya masyarakat yang sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 orang yang terdiri dari 2 kepala perpustakaan, 2 pengelola perpustakaan, dan 6 masyarakat yang terdampak pada masing-masing perpustakaan kelurahan yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing Perpustakaan Kelurahan sudah memiliki ciri khas dengan melaksanakan kegiatan berbasis inklusi sosial sehingga hal tersebut mendorong masing-masing perpustakaan kelurahan dapat terpilih untuk mengikuti program. Selain itu, dalam pelaksanaannya masing-masing perpustakaan kelurahan memiliki strategi khusus dan strategi yang sesuai dengan program seperti strategi layanan informasi, strategi pelibatan masyarakat, strategi promosi dan publikasi, serta strategi kemitraan. Meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya belum sepenuhnya terealisasi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan yang seharusnya. Dampak dari program ini juga langsung dirasakan oleh masyarakat dengan terpenuhinya beberapa literasi seperti literasi pangan, literasi keuangan, literasi pendidikan, literasi kesehatan, dan literasi ekonomi sehingga masyarakat dapat mereplikasikan literasi tersebut secara mandiri dan terpenuhi kesejahteraan dari segi mental, fisik, materi, serta spiritual. The research was motivated by the presence of the Social Inclusion Based Library Transformation program created by the National Library. The Tangerang City Village Library is one of the libraries selected to run this program. This research was conducted with the aim of describing the strategies implemented by sub-district libraries in carrying out social inclusion-based library transformation programs so as to achieve a prosperous society. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation studies. The informants in this research were 12 people consisting of 2 library heads, 2 library managers, and 6 affected communities in each sub-district library determined usingpurposive sampling. The results of this research show that each sub-district library has its own characteristics by carrying out social inclusion-based activities so that this encourages each sub-district library to be selected to take part in the program. Apart from that, in its implementation, each sub-district library has special strategies and strategies that are in accordance with the program, such as information service strategies, community engagement strategies, promotion and publication strategies, and partnership strategies. Even though the implementation has not been fully realized properly and as it should be. The impact of this program is also directly felt by the community by fulfilling several literacies such as food literacy, financial literacy, educational literacy, health literacy and economic literacy so that the community can replicate this literacy independently and achieve mental, physical, material and spiritual well-being.
