Abstract

Digitalisasi telah memicu perubahan penting dalam industri perbankan di Indonesia. Namun, tingkatan perkembangan informasi teknologi di perbankan syariah masih rendah dan tertinggal dengan perbankan konvensional, khususnya pada layanan mobile banking. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan layanan mobile banking konvensional yang mengungguli layanan mobile banking syariah dari segi jumlah pengguna, kelengkapan fitur, maupun tingkat keamanan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor persepsi kemudahan, persepsi manfaat, dan persepsi risiko yang memengaruhi perilaku nasabah dalam penggunaan ulang layanan mobile banking syariah dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Technology Acceptence Model (TAM). Subjek yang diteliti adalah pengguna layanan mobile banking syariah di Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel 260 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi manfaat berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan tingkat persepsi risiko berkategori sedang. Selain itu, temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi menggunakan ulang layanan mobile banking syariah, sedangkan tingkat persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi menggunakan ulang layanan mobile banking syariah. Digitization has triggered significant changes in the banking industry in Indonesia. However, the level of technological development in Islamic banking remains low and lags behind conventional banking, particularly in mobile banking services. This is proven by conventional mobile banking services which outperform sharia mobile banking services in terms of number of users, completeness of features and level of security. Based on that, the aim of this study is to analyze the factors of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk influencing customer behavior in reusing Islamic mobile banking using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The subjects studied are users of Islamic mobile banking in Indonesia, with a sample size of 260 respondents. The research findings indicate that the levels of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are in the high category, while the level of perceived risk is moderate. Additionally, other findings indicate that the levels of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant influence on the intention to reuse Islamic mobile banking, while the level of perceived risk has a negative and significant influence on the intention to reuse Islamic mobile banking.
