    Abstract

    ABSTRAK
    Hasil belajar merupakan suatu hal yang sering dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. ‎Pemberian reward dan punishment diharapkan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian subjek tunggal (single subject research) dengan menggunakan bentuk rancangan A-B-A. subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian intervensi berupa reward dan punishment memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Pada tes kemampuan awal (baseline-1) semua subjek penelitian mengalami kesalahan sebanyak 6 dari 6 soal disetiap sesi. Sedangkan pada tes kemampuan akhir (baseline-2) ke-lima subjek mengalami kesalahan 0 dari 6 soal dan mendapatkan skor 100. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan reward dan punishment berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika.

    ABSTRACT
    Learning outcomes are something that is often used as a benchmark for teacher success in
    the learning process. The provision of rewards and punishments is expected to improve
    student learning outcomes in the teaching and learning process. This study uses the type of
    experimental research. The design used in this study is a singlesubject research using the
    ABA design form. The subjects involved in this study were 5 people. The results showed
    that the intervention in the form of reward and punishment had an effect on learning
    outcomes. In the initial ability test (baseline-1) all research subjects experienced errors of
    6 out of 6 questions in each session. While in the final ability test (baseline-2) the five
    subjects experienced 0 errors out of 6 questions and got a score of 100. So it can be
    concluded that the use of rewards and punishments has an effect on learning outcomes in
    mathematics.
