Abstract
Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai bagaimana variabel kompetensi usaha memediasi efektivitas pelatihan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada kegiatan Inkubasi Kuliner Borobudur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelatihan (X), kompetensi usaha (Y) menjadi solusi terhadap peningkatan keberhasilan usaha (Z). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 responden peserta pelatihan Inkubasi Kuliner Borobudur yang merupakan keseluruhan populasi dalam kegiatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM dengan program Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan memiliki efektivitas positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Pelatihan memiliki efektivitas positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi usaha. Kompetensi usaha memiliki efektivitas positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Kompetensi usaha memediasi efektivitas pelatihan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. This study examines how the business competency variable mediates the effectiveness of the training influence on business success in the Borobudur Culinary Incubation activities. This research aims to find out the extent to which training (X), business competence (Y) is a solution to increasing business success (Z). The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample used in this study were 30 respondents of Borobudur Culinary Incubation training participants who were the entire population in the activity. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM analysis with the Smart PLS 4 program. The results of this study indicate that training has a direct and significant positive effectiveness effect on business success. Training has a direct and significant positive effect on business competence. Business competence has a direct and significant positive effect on business success. Business competence mediates the effectiveness of the effect of training on business success.
