Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani di lingkungan sekolah pada dasarnya merupakan sarana pendidikan yang dilaksanakan melalui aktivitas fisik dan olahraga tertentu yang dilakukan melalui proses pembelajaran atau bimbingan guru dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Perkembangan lingkungan sosial yang begitu pesat meningkatkan tantangan dan pengaruh yang tidak kecil bagi perkembangan pendidikan di sekolah dan pembentukan pribadi anak. Untuk itu, pendidikan yang memadukan sekolah dan pesantren (Sekolah Terpadu) dipandang sebagai salah satu solusi baik bagi orang tua dan anak dalam mengatasi tantangan perkembangan zaman sekarang. Namun dengan perbedaan kultur pendidikan yang berbeda serta sarana dan prasarana penunjang yang tersedia antara sekolah terpadu dengan sekolah reguler tentu akan memberikan dampak yang berbeda terhadap kebugaran jasmani siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani antara siswa di SMA Terpadu Darul ‘Amal dengan siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Jampangkulon. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMA Terpadu Darul ‘Amal dan SMA Negeri 1 Jampangkulon yang berjumlah 469 orang siswa. Sementara jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 25% dari total populasi, yaitu berjumlah 118 orang siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode ex post facto dengan pendekatan static group commparisson, menitik beratkan pada penelitian komparatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes psikomotor berupa Tes Kebugaran Jasmani untuk anak usia SMA (16-19 tahun), yaitu: a. lari cepat (sprint) 60 meter, b. gantung siku tekuk (pull up), c. baring duduk (sit up) 30 detik, d. loncat tegak (vertical jump), dan e. lari jarak sedang 1200 meter. Hasilnya terjadi perbedaan signifikan nilai rata-rata tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa SMA Terpadu Darul ‘Amal dengan rata-rata 13,69 dan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Jampangkulon dengan rata-rata 11,58. Dengan demikian tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa SMA Terpadu Darul ‘Amal lebih baik dibandingkan SMA Negeri 1 Jampangkulon. Kata Kunci : Perbandingan, kebugaran jasmani, pendidikan, sekolah terpadu, sekolah regular. There for, an education that combined school and boarding school (Integrated School) is seen as one of the solutions for parents and children in addressing the challenges of the times right now. But with the difference of the different educational cultures as well supporting infrastructure and facilities that are available between the school integrated with the school's regular course will give you a different impact on the physical fitness of students.This research aims to identify differences between level of physical fitness in integrated senior high school student of Darul ‘Amal with students in Jampangkulon 1st senior high school. The population used in this research is an integrated High School class XII students of Darul ’Amal and Jampangkulon 1st senior high school totalling 469 students. While the number of samples used in this study is 25% total of population, which is totalling 118 students. The research method used was ex post facto method with a static group approach commparisson, drip at a series of comparative research. Thus physical fitness level high school students of Darul ‘Amal better than Jampangkulon 1st senior high school.
