Abstract

Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi digital telah mengubah hidup menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Namun, kekhawatiran mengenai dampak negatif dari penggunaan teknologi yang kurang bijak, menyebabkan degradasi moral. Berdasarkan survei, guru PPKn belum banyak yang menggunakan buku nonteks sebagai media dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan model buku digital nonteks PKn berbasis moral Pancasila untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan mengggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan studi dokumen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 312 siswa. Hasil Penelitian sebagai berikut : 1) kemampuan literasi digital siswa SMP Kota Madiun masuk dalam kategori baik, yaitu kemampuan dalam menggunakan media, kemampuan untuk mengelola platform pembelajaran digital, kemampuan menggunakan media tingkat lanjut, etika dan keamanan dalam menggunakan media digital; 2) Model buku digital nonteks PKn berbasis moral Pancasila berbentuk aplikasi dan website. Buku nonteks dikembangkan dengan mengintegrasikan moral Pancasila pada konten yang bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik; 3) Efektivitas model buku digital nonteks PKn berbasis moral Pancasila berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik di Kota Madiun. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa model buku ini dapat mendorong siswa untuk mengembangkan karakter religius, jujur, toleransi, kerja keras, cinta tanah air dan cinta damai melalui platform buku digital. Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa model buku digital nonteks PKn berbasis moral Pancasila dapat membentuk karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dengan mengintegrasikan teori-teori seperti konvergensi pendidikan, essensialisme, perkembangan moral, moral Pancasila, karakter dalam konteks pembelajaran PPKn berbasis aplikasi buku digital nonteks. The increased use of digital technology has changed life to be more effective and efficient. However, concerns about the negative impact of the unwise use of technology can cause moral degradation. Based on the survey, only a few PPKn teachers use non-text books as media in classroom learning. This research aims to develop a non-text Civics digital book model based on Pancasila morals to shape the character of students. This research is development research using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, questionnaires and document studies. The sample used in this research was 312 students. The research results are as follows: 1) the digital literacy skills of Madiun City Middle School students are in a good category, namely the ability to use media, the ability to manage digital learning platforms, the ability to use advanced media, ethics and safety in using digital media; 2) The non-text Civics digital book model based on Pancasila morals takes the form of an application and website. Non-text books are developed by integrating Pancasila morals in content which aims to shape the character of students; 3) The effectiveness of the non-text Civics digital book model based on Pancasila morals has a positive and significant effect on the character formation of students in Madiun City. The results of this research prove that this book model can encourage students to develop religious character, honesty, tolerance, hard work, love of the country and love of peace through the digital book platform. This research concludes that the non-text Civics digital book model based on Pancasila morals can shape the character of students. This research provides a theoretical contribution by integrating theories such as educational convergence, essentialism, moral development, Pancasila morals, and character in the context of PPKn learning based on non-text digital book applications
