Abstract

Kinerja Bisnis UMKM merupakan gambaran perusahaan yang menunjukkan tingkat hasil kerja dari suatu perusahaan yang dapat dicapai dalam melakukan usaha atau aktivitasnya. Faktor penentu kinerja usaha dapat diidentifikasi menjadi beberapa faktor seperti faktor kompetensi dari individu- individu dalam proses kewirausahaan. Rendahnya kinerja yang dihasilkan UMKM di Indonesia disebabkan rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). Rendahnya kualitas SDM memberikan dampak terhadap rendahnya kinerja UMKM, padahal SDM merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam menentukan tingkat daya saing usaha untuk menghadapi perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang cepat. UMKM Laksa Kota Tangerang merupakan salah satu UMKM di Indonesia yang mengalami permasalahan rendahnya kinerja bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran entrepreneurial leadership, (2) gambaran inovasi (3) gambaran kinerja bisnis, (4) bagaimana pengaruh entrepreneurial leadership terhadap kinerja bisnis, (5) bagaimana pengaruh inovasi terhadap kinerja bisnis, dan (6) bagaimana pengaruh entrepreneurial leadership dan inovasi terhadap kinerja bisnis. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitaif dan jumlah sampel 33 pemilik UMKM. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Patrial Least Squre (PLS) dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa gambaran entrepreneurial leadership berada pada kategori aktif, inovasi berada pada kategori tinggi, kinerja bisnis berada pada kategori tinggi, entrepreneurial leadership berpengaruh kepada kinerja bisnis yaitu sebesar 0.606, inovasi berpengaruh kinerja bisnis sebesar 0.396, dan pengaruh entrepreneurial leadership dan inovasi terhadap kinerja bisnis sebesar 0.648. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan kepada UMKM Laksa Kota Tangerang untuk mengadakan pelatihan dan seminar untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam meningkatan kinerja bisnis, menambah atau memberikan variasi pada produk yang telah ada. Implikasi dari penelitian terhadap pendidikan bisnis yaitu peningkatan entrepreneurial leadership, inovasi, dan kinerja bisnis yang akan menciptakan dosen, staf dan mahasiswa yang produktif. MSME Business Performance is a company description that shows the level of work of a company that can be achieved in carrying out its business or activities. The determinants of business performance can be identified into several factors such as the competency factors of individuals in the entrepreneurial process. The low performance produced by MSMEs in Indonesia is due to the low quality of human resources (HR). The low quality of HR has an impact on the low performance of MSMEs, even though HR is one of the main factors in determining the level of business competitiveness to face rapid changes in the business environment. Laksa MSMEs in Tangerang City is one of the MSMEs in Indonesia that experiences the problem of low business performance. This study aims to obtain (1) a description of entrepreneurial leadership, (2) a description of innovation (3) a description of business performance, (4) how entrepreneurial leadership affects business performance, (5) how innovation affects business performance, and (6) how entrepreneurial leadership and innovation affect business performance. The method used is quantitative and the sample size is 33 MSME owners. The data analysis technique used is Patrial Least Squre (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The findings show that the description of entrepreneurial leadership is in the active category, innovation is in the high category, business performance is in the high category, entrepreneurial leadership affects business performance, which is 0.606, innovation affects business performance by 0.396, and the effect of entrepreneurial leadership and innovation on business performance is 0.648. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for Laksa UMKM in Tangerang City to hold training and seminars to improve skills in improving business performance, add or provide variations to existing products. The implication of the research on business education is to increase entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, and business performance that will create productive lecturers, staff and students.
