Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap perceived future employability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Kota Bandung. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Kota Bandung (N = 404). Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability convenience sampling. Dengan rumus penentuan jumlah sampel minimal menggunakan tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan jumlah minimal responden sebesar 349 dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur dukungan sosial adalah versi adaptasi dari The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Sosial Support (MSPSS) oleh Sinndy (2019) dan Perceived Future Employability Scale (PFES) yang telah diterjemahkan oleh Matius dan Gunawan (2022). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online dan offline dengan menyebarkan link kuesioner melalui media sosial dan melalui gadget secara langsung di kampus. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan (α = 0,062) dari dukungan sosial terhadap perceived future employability, dengan tingkat koefisien sebesar 1,353. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of social support on perceived future employability among final year students in the City of Bandung. The research subjects in this study are final year students in the City of Bandung (N = 404). The sampling technique used in this study is probability convenience sampling. The formula for determining the minimum sample size in this study uses the tables of Isaac and Michael, with a minimum number of respondents of 349 and a 5% error rate. The instruments used to measure social support are an adapted version of The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) by Sinndy (2019) and the Perceived Future Employability Scale (PFES) which has been translated by Matius and Gunawan (2022). The data collection process was conducted both online and offline by distributing questionnaire links through social media and directly through gadgets on campus. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS software version 25.0 for windows. The results showed that there was a significant influence (α = 0.062) of social support on perceived future employability, with a coefficient level of 1.353.
