Abstract

Tenya Desie Anggraini (1507047), “Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Sensus pada Karyawan Divisi SDM Pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Regional V Bandung)”. Dibawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. H. Syamsul Hadi Senen, M. M dan Drs. H. Eded Tarmedi, MA. Praktek sumber daya manusia (SDM) berkaitan dengan semua aspek tentang bagaimana orang bekerja dan dikelola dalam organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran reward, punishment dan kinerja karyawan pada Divisi SDM Pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Regional V Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey dengan total populasi 85 karyawan Divisi SDM. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif menggunakan regresi berganda dengan alat bantu program SPSS 23.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa reward dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan pengaruh berada di kategori sedang. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa reward dan punishment merupakan pemicu yang baik secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Divisi SDM, direkomendasikan untuk memperhatikan indikator-indikator yang masih rendah. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. Syamsul Hadi Senen, M. M and Drs. H. Eded Tarmedi, MA. The practice of human resources (HR) is concerned with all aspects of how people work and are managed in organizations. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of reward, punishment and employee performance in the HR Division at PT. Pos Indonesia Regional Office V Bandung. The research method used is the explanatory survey method with a sample of 85 employees of the HR Division. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and verification using multiple regression with SPSS 23.0 for windows program tools. The results of the study reveal that reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the effect being in the medium category. This shows that reward and punishment are good triggers simultaneously on employee performance. To grow and improve performance in the HR Division, it is recommended to pay attention to indicators that are still low.
