Abstract

Kekerasan seksual bisa terjadi di manapun, kapanpun dan pada siapapun sehingga isu kekerasan seksual merupakan sebuah isu global. Tidak dapat dipungkiri anak berkebutuhan khusus yang dalam hal ini adalah anak yang berkonflik dengan masalah hukum bisa menjadi korban dan atau pelaku kekerasan seksual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memformulasikan pengetahuan dan respon dari anak binaan LPKA Kelas II Bandung tentang kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu focus group discussion/FGD, indepth interview/wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh anak binaan LPKA Kelas II Bandung mengetahui tentang kekerasan seksual secara secara mendasar, seperti kekerasan seksual adalah kekerasan fisik, pelaku kekerasan seksual didominasi laki-laki dan korban perempuan. Sedangkan respon anak terkait kekerasan seksual adalah respon negatif seperti marah, jijik dan tidak nyaman. Terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengetahuan dan respon anak tersebut, antara lain pengalaman, kondisi ekonomi dan kesehatan, daerah asal, keyakinan beragama, tingkat pendidikan dan perasaan serta minat baca. Dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan anak masih belum mengetahui tentang kekerasan seksual secara menyeluruh maka implikasi dari pengetahuan dan respon tersebut adalah pengajaran tentang konsep kekerasan seksual secara komprehensif dan berperspektif GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion) demi mewujudkan lingkungan anti kekerasan seksual. Sexual violence can happen anywhere, anytime and to anyone or it could be said that the issue of sexual violence is a global issue. It cannot be denied that children with special needs, in this case children who are in conflict with the legal issues, can become victims and/or perpetrators of sexual violence. The aim of this study is to formulate the knowledge and responses of children assisted by LPKA Kelas II Bandung regarding sexual violence. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. Data collection techniques are focus group discussion/FGD, in-depth interviews and observation. The results of the study show that all of the children assisted by LPKA Kelas II Bandung know about sexual violence in basic term, such as sexual violence is physical violence, the perpetrators of sexual violence are predominantly men and the victims are women. Meanwhile, the majority of children’s responses regarding sexual violence are negative responses like anger, disgust and discomfort. There are supporting and inhibiting factor for the child’s knowledge and response, including experiencing, economi and health conditions, region of origin, religious beliefs, level of education and feelings and interest in reading. From the research results which show that children still do not know about sexual violence as a whole, the implications of this knowledge and responeses is teaching about the concept of sexual violence comprehensively and from a GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion) perspective in order to create an anti-sexual violence environment
