Abstract

Kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir sangat banyak dikeluhkan oleh siswa, pada saat menginjak kelas XII siswa di tuntut untuk dapat menentukan karirnya setelah lulus sekolah, kurangnya dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa atau self-efficacy pada siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tentang peran dukungan sosial yang memoderasi self-efficacy terhadap kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir siswa kelas XII MAN Kota Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sementara itu, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 228 siswa kelas XII, instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini child and adolescent social support scale (CASSS) untuk mengukur dukungan sosial, Academic Self-efficacy untuk mengukur self-efficacy dan Career Decision Making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ) untuk mengukur kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir yang sudah di adaptasi dalam bahasa Indonesia. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial memoderasi pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kesulitan pengambilan keputusan siswa. Apabila dukungan sosial tinggi maka akan meningkatkan self-efficacy dan melemahkan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir. Implementasi hasil penelitian ini ditujukan kepada peneliti selanjutnya. Kata kunci: kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karir ,self-efficacy, dukungan sosial, Many students complain about difficulties in making career decisions. By the time they enter class XII, students are required to be able to determine their career after graduating from school. Lack of social support affects students' self-confidence or self-efficacy. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of social support that moderates self-efficacy on career decision making difficulties for class XII MAN students in Cimahi City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a correlational design. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with a total of 228 class XII students, The instrument used in this research is the Child and Adolescent Social Support Scale (CASSS) to measure social support, Academic Self-efficacy to measure self-efficacy and the Career Decision Making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ) to measure career decision making difficulties which have been adapted in Indonesian. The results of data processing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) show that social support moderates the influence of self-efficacy on students' decision-making difficulties. If social support is high, it will increase self-efficacy and weaken the difficulty of making career decisions. The implementation of the results of this research is aimed at future researchers.
