Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya penerapan media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru terutama mengenai materi keberagaman aktivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan media pembelajaran Augmented Reality Keberagaman Aktivitas Ekonomi (ARKAE). Hal tersebut dapat memberikan dampak terhadap kurangnya minat dan motivasi siswa dalam memhami materi tersebut. Tujuan pengembangan media pembelajaran ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran IPS khususnya materi keberagaman aktivitas ekonomi di kelas V. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode design and development dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan: (1) Analysis (analisis); (2) Design (perancangan); (3) Development (pengembangan); (4) Implementation (implementasi); dan (5) Evaluation (evaluasi). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan angket untuk ahli dan respon pengguna. Partisipan penelitian ini melibatkan ahli yaitu ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli bahasa untuk validasi. Serta 2 orang pendidik dan 29 orang peserta didik untuk memberikan respon terhadap penggunaan media. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji validitas Aiken’s untuk mementukan validasi ahli dan menggunakan presentase skala likert untuk respon pengguna. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji validitas menggunakan formula Aiken’s V diperoleh bahwa hasil validasi ahli materi memiliki validitas yang tinggi, validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh validitas yang sedang, dan validasi ahli media memperoleh validitas yang tinggi. Berdasarkan ketiga hasil validasi tersebut diperoleh bahwa media pembelajaran ARKAE ini dapat dikategorikan “Sangat Layak” dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu mendapatkan penilaian dari guru yaitu sebesar 98,75% dengan kategori sangat layak dan respon pengguna oleh siswa yaitu sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran ARKAE sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran IPS Kelas V sekolah dasar. -------------- This development research was motivated by the lack of application of learning media used by teachers, especially regarding material on the diversity of economic activities. This research is developing Augmented Reality learning media for Diversity of Economic Activities (ARKAE). This can have an impact on students' lack of interest and motivation in understanding the material. The aim of developing this learning media is to produce a learning media product that can be used to support the social studies learning process, especially material on the diversity of economic activities in class V. This research uses the design and development method with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages: (1) Analysis (analysis); (2) Design (design); (3) Development (development); (4) Implementation (implementation); and (5) Evaluation (evaluation). The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires for experts and user responses. Participants in this research involved experts, namely material experts, media experts and language experts for validation. As well as 2 educators and 29 students to provide responses to media use. The data analysis technique in this research is using the Aiken's validity test to determine expert validation and using Likert scale percentages for user responses. The results of research based on validity tests using the Aiken's V formula showed that the results of validation by material experts had high validity, validation by language experts had moderate validity, and validation by media experts had high validity. Based on the three validation results, it was found that ARKAE learning media can be categorized as "Very Appropriate" and can be used in the learning process. Apart from that, it received an assessment from teachers of 98.75% in the very appropriate category and user response from students was 88% in the very appropriate category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that ARKAE learning media is very suitable for use in the Class V social studies learning process in elementary schools.
