Abstract

Bangsa Indonesia terdiri dari beragam agama, suku, budaya, bahasa, serta kepercayaan berbeda. Toleransi merupakan sikap saling menghormati dan menghargai antar sesama individu maupun kelompok dalam ruang lingkup masyarakat. Sikap toleransi perlu diperhatikan dalam lembaga pendidikan terutama sekolah regrouping. Regrouping merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam mengoptimalisasikan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan serta menyempurnakan pengelolaan sekolah yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Sekolah mengupayakan kegiatan disiplin positif dalam membiasakan sikap toleransi peserta didik. Disiplin positif adalah cara mengajarkan peserta didik agar memiliki tanggung jawab pada sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk sikap toleransi, mengetahui proses penerapan kegiatan disiplin positif, dan mengetahui hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru terhadap peserta didik di SDN Semanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Semanan 05 Pagi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk sikap toleransi peserta didik adalah menerima perbedaan, menghargai orang lain, menghormati keyakinan orang lain, tidak memaksakan keinginan, serta membangun hubungan positif dengan sekolah lain. Penerapan dari kegiatan disiplin positif di sekolah regrouping yaitu budaya 5S, upacara pengibaran bendera merah putih, gerakan literasi sekolah, program English Day, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan, kegiatan senam bersama, dan kegiatan keagamaan. Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru seperti perilaku peserta didik yang mengganggu temannya, orang tua yang kurang peduli, adanya miscommunication, serta kurangnya waktu pembiasaan sehingga menggunakan waktu belajar mengajar di kelas. The Indonesian nation consists of various religions, tribes, races, cultures, languages, customs and beliefs. Tolerance is an attitude of mutual respect and respect between individuals and groups within the scope of society. Tolerance needs to be considered in educational institutions, especially regrouping schools. Regrouping is the government's effort to optimize educational facilities and infrastructure and improve more effective and efficient school management. The school strives for positive discipline activities in habituating the tolerance attitude of students. Positive discipline is a way to teach students to have responsibility for school. This study aims to determine the form of tolerance, know the process of implementing positive discipline activities, and find out the obstacles faced by teachers towards students at SDN Semanan. This study used qualitative descriptive method. This research was conducted at SDN Semanan 05 Pagi. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, and learners. The data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research conducted by researchers show that the forms of tolerance attitudes of students are accepting differences, respecting others, respecting the beliefs of others, and not imposing desires, as well as building positive relationships with other schools. The implementation of positive discipline activities in regrouping schools is the 5S culture, red and white flag raising ceremony activities, school literacy activities, English Day programs, scouting extracurricular activities, joint gymnastics activities, and religious activities. Obstacles faced by teachers such as student behavior that sometimes disturbs friends, parents of students who do not care, miscommunication that causes conflict, and lack of habituation activity time so that it uses teaching and learning time in class.
