Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengidentifikasi pengaruh komunikasi organisasi
pada efektivitas kerja. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Hotel Mercure Bandung Nexa
Supratman. Sampel pada penelitian ini yakni karyawan hotel sebanyak 109 orang yang
bekerja di departemen sales & marketing, finance, housekeeping, food & beverage
service, food & beverage product, purchasing, banquet, front office, dan talent &
culture departement. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan survei berbentuk
kuesioner yang diisi langsung oleh responden. Data diolah mempergunakan teknik
analisis regresi linear sederhana melalui bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Temuan
penelitian memperlihatkan jika komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif pada
efektivitas kerja. Komunikasi organisasi bepengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas
kerja sebesar 38%. Komunikasi organisasi dapat ditingkatkan kembali dengan
memperhatikan intonasi bicara, cara menyampaikan informasi yang jelas, serta
memberikan improvement yang baik seperti pelatihan untuk meningkatkan
keterampilan komunikasi karyawan:
This research aims to examine the impact of organizational communication on both
work effectiveness focusing on the Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman Hotel. The
participants in the research included 109 employees from various departments, namely
sales & marketing, finance, housekeeping, food & beverage service, food & beverage
product, purchasing, banquet, front office, and talent & culture. Data collection
involved surveys administered through questionnaires directly filled out by the
respondents. The collected data underwent analysis using simple linear regression
techniques, facilitated by IBM SPSS version 25 software.The findings of this
investigation reveal a positive correlation between organizational communication and
work effectiveness. The study indicates that organizational communication
significantly influences work effectiveness by 38% respectively. To enhance
organizational communication, attention to speech intonation, clarity in information
delivery, and the implementation of beneficial interventions, such as training to
improve employee communication skills, are recommended.
