Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pelaksanaan pelatihan kesiapan kerja dan bagaimana pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kesiapan kerja penyandang disabilitas binaan forum komunikasi difabel Cirebon (FKDC). Objek pada penilitian ini adalah forum komunikasi difabel Cirebon (FKDC) yang mewadahi para penyandang disabilitas untuk dapat berfungsi sosial serta dihargai di masyarakat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah penyandang disabilitas yang mengikuti pelatihan kesiapan kerja yang diberikan oleh forum komunikasi difabel Cirebon (FKDC), yaitu sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang artinya seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 20 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil dari analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji t pada penelitian ini menghasilkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja penyandang disabilitas binaan forum komunikasi difabel Cirebon (FKDC) sebesar 66,3%, artinya jika penyandang disabilitas yang ingin bekerja diharapkan mengikuti pelatihan kesiapan kerja, sehingga mendapatkan ilmu yang bermanfaat mengenai hal-hal apa saja yang perlu disiapkan untuk bekerja. Sisanya sebesar 33,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini. Variabel lainnya dapat dipengaruhi dari beberapa faktor, seperti pendidikan, minat, motivasi, cita-cita, dan lain sebagainya. This study aims to find out how the description of the implementation of work readiness training and how the influence of the training on the work readiness of persons with disabilities assisted by the Cirebon Disabled Communication Forum (FKDC). The object of this research is the Cirebon disabled communication forum (FKDC) which accommodates people with disabilities to be able to function socially and be respected in society. The population in this study were persons with disabilities who attended job readiness training provided by the Cirebon disabled communication forum (FKDC), namely 20 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, which means that the entire population was sampled by 20 respondents. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The results of simple linear regression analysis and t-test in this study produced a positive effect. work and the significant difference between job training on the readiness of people with disabilities assisted by the Cirebon disabled communication forum (FKDC) was 66.3%, meaning that if people with disabilities who want to work are expected to take part in job readiness training, so they get useful knowledge about what things need set to work. The remaining 33.7% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Other variables can be influenced by several factors, such as education, interests, motivation, aspirations, and so on.
