Abstract

Masa awal pada pertumbuhan anak usia dini merupakan masa pengasuhan yang sangat penting diperhatikan, termasuk juga pada anak yang memiliki disabilitas. Salah satu jenis disabilitas yang ada yakni neurodiversity. Pengasuhan anak neurodivergent menjadi perhatian penting berbagai pihak baik orang tua maupun guru di sekolah. Dalam pengasuhan anak neurodivergent diperlukan pengasuhan yang bersifat kolaboratif antara orang tua di rumah dan guru di sekolah. Program parenting ini memerlukan media penunjang penyampaian informasi agar orang tua maupun guru bisa menyerap informasi mengenai pengasuhan anak neurodivergent. Website Neuro-Hero merupakan media penunjang yang digunakan untuk mendukung program parenting ini. Namun website Neuro-Hero ini masih memerlukan evaluasi mengenai usability dari sistemnya. Maka dari itu penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melakukan identifikasi masalah usability pada sistem informasi website Neuro-Hero sebagai media parenting inklusif kolaboratif anak neurodivergent dan mengukur serta mengevaluasi antarmukanya menggunakan metode heuristic evaluation. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan alasan untuk pengembangan website Neuro-Hero selanjutnya, sehingga perlu dievaluasi dari aspek usability. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni deskriptif kuantitatif dengan 7 tahapan yakni pengumpulan data awal, penentuan metode usability, penenetuan instrumen evaluasi, pengumpulan data evaluasi, analisis hasil evaluasi dengan teknik severity rating dan analisis rekomendasi perbaikan, melakukan perbaikan berdasarkan hasil analisis evaluasi dan rekomendasi perbaikan dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil identifikasi masalah usability dari rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan, terdapat 3 masalah utama yang teridentifikasi yakni mengenai validation form serta error handling, navigation, dan user experience. Sementara hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik severity rating mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 2 yang dikategorikan masalah minor pada usability websitenya, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan dengan prioritas rendah. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dilakukan perbaikan berdasarkan rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan oleh evaluator. ------- The early period of early childhood development is a period of care that is very important to pay attention to, including for children who have disabilities. One type of disability that exists is neurodiversity. Parenting neurodivergent children is an important concern for various parties, both parents and teachers at school. In raising neurodivergent children, collaborative care is needed between parents at home and teachers at school. Therefore, collaborative inclusive parenting is carried out as a solution. This parenting program requires the supporting media to convey information so that parents and teachers can absorb information about parenting and neurodivergent children. The Neuro-Hero website is a supporting medium used to support this parenting program. However, the Neuro-Hero website still requires evaluation regarding the system's usability. Therefore, this research is aimed at identifying usability problems on the Neuro-Hero website information system as a collaborative inclusive parenting medium for neurodivergent children and measuring and evaluating its interface using the heuristic evaluation method. This research was carried out for further development of the Neuro-Hero website, so it needs to be evaluated from the usability aspect. The research method used in this research is quantitative, descriptive with 7 stages, namely, initial data collection, determining usability methods, determining evaluation instruments, collecting evaluation data, analyzing evaluation results using severity rating techniques and analyzing recommendations for improvements, making improvements based on the results of evaluation analysis and recommendations, Improvements and conclude. As a result of identifying usability problems from the improvement recommendations provided, there were 3 main problems identified, namely regarding form validation, error handling, navigation, and user experience. Meanwhile, the results of data analysis using the severity rating technique obtained an average value of 2, which was categorized as a minor problem with the usability of the website, so repairs needed to be carried out with a low priority. From the results of this analysis, improvements were made based on recommendations for improvements provided by the evaluator.
