Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat ukur terkait pencegahan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak tunarungu yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan subjek yaitu siswa tunarungu yang sudah mampu membaca dan berkomunikasi dua arah. Instrumen yang dikembangkan berupa attitudinal measures dengan jumlah 43 butir dan diujicobakan pada 66 responden di berbagai daerah. Validitas instrumen diuji menggunakan Aiken V, reliabilitas dengan metode Kuder-Richardson 20 (KR-20), dan keterbacaan diuji pada enam siswa tunarungu. Analisis data menggunakan Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) melibatkan tahap perhitungan Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO), Tes Bartlett’s, korelasi anti image, dan faktor eigenvalue. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen tinggi. Analisis faktor menghasilkan 25 butir yang dapat dipertahankan dan 8 faktor terbentuk pada 4 aspek yang diujicobakan. Aspek pada instrumen terdiri dari Sentuhan Boleh dan Tidak Boleh, Aturan Keselamatan Awal, Kemampuan Menolak Ajakan Bernuansa Seksual, dan Melaporkan Kasus Kekerasan Seksual Anak Kepada Orang Dewasa. Instrumen ini dapat diimplementasikan untuk menilai kapasitas pencegahan pelecehan seksual anak tunarungu, membantu sekolah merancang strategi, kebijakan, dan program yang efektif. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu melakukan uji validasi instrumen secara lebih luas dan justifikasi manual book instrumen pengetahuan pencegahan kekerasan seksual anak tunarungu. This research amis to develop measurement instrument related to the prevention of sexual violence against deaf children. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive method. The subjects in this study are deaf students who can read and communicate two-way. The type of instrument developed was attitudinal measures with 43 items that were tested. The instrument test was conducted on respondents in accordance with the research subject with a total of 66 respondents spread across various regions. The instrument feasibility test was carried out by testing the validity of the instrument using Aiken V, Reliability Test using the Kuder-Richardson 20 (KR-20) method, and readability test on six deaf students. The data analysis technique used is Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA). The stages of data analysis in this study are the calculation of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO), Bartlett's Test, anti-image correlation, and eigenvalue factors. The results showed that the instrument has high validity and reliability so it is suitable for testing. The results of the factor analysis resulted in 18 items eliminated because they did not meet the requirements in the KMO test and 25 items could be retained. The eigenvalue of the test results resulted in 8 factors formed from 4 aspects that can be retained, namely aspects: 1) Do's and Don'ts of Touch; 2) Initial Safety Rules; 4) Ability to Refuse Sexual Invitations; 5) Reporting Child Sexual Abuse Cases to Adults. Recommendations for future researchers can validate the instrument and justify the manual book of the deaf child sexual violence prevention knowledge instrument.
