Abstract

Latar belakang peneliti melakukan penelitian di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Geredug 03 dikarenakan peneliti telah melakukan observasi awal terhadap salah satu guru di SDN Geredug 3 bahwa terdapat sejumlah siswa yang diduga memiliki masalah dalam belajar dan psikologis mereka, kemudian peneliti tertarik untuk menggunkan chatbot sebagai media komunikasi permasalahan siswa di SDN Geredug 03 dengan rumusan masalah yaitu apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan chatbot terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Geredug 03 dan bagaimana tingkat kepuasan siswa yang menggunakan chatbot. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan chatbot terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Geredug 03 dan Mengukur tingkat kepuasan siswa yang menggunakan chatbot. Peneliti menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 15 orang dari kelas VA dan 15 orang dari kelas VB. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian quasi experimental design dengan desain penelitian pre-test-post-test control group design. Melalui penelitian ini, diketahui rata-rata Indeks gain pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 0,51 yang dapat diartikan bahwa penggunaan chatbot dinilai masih kurang efektif,dalam media komunikasi permasalahan siswa di SDN Geredug 03 dan rata-rata indeks gain pada kelas kontrol yaitu 0,09 yang berarti tidak efektif. Adapun rata-rata kepuasan penggunaan chatbot yaitu 3,59 yang dapat diartikan bahwa siswa merasa puas terhada penggunaan chatbot. Saran atau rekomendasi untuk peneliti lain, peneliti berharap dapat ditemukan media yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa sekolah dasar. The aim of this research is to see whether there is an effect of using chatbots on the level of psychological well-being of students at Geredug 03 State Elementary School and to measure the level of satisfaction of students who use chatbots. Researchers used a sample of 15 people from class VA and 15 people from class VB. Researchers used a quasi experimental design research method with a pre-test-post-test control group design research design. Through this research, it is known that the average gain index in the experimental class is 0.51, which means that the use of chatbots is considered to be less effective in communicating student problems at SDN Geredug 03 and the average gain index in the control class is 0.09 which means it is ineffective. The average satisfaction with using the chatbot is 3.59, which means that students feel satisfied with using the chatbot. Suggestions or recommendations for other researchers, researchers hope that effective media can be found in improving the psychological well-being of elementary school students.
