Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengenalan Riff and Runs bagi Siswa-Siswi Tunanetra Di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri A Kota Bandung". Fokus dalam penelitian ini yakni memperkenalkan riff and runs dengan memperhatikan teknik vokal seperti pernapasan, register, intonasi, fleksibilitas dan velocity. Kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan metode solfegio/hearing mengingat keterbatasan penglihatan yang dimiliki siswa. Guna mempermudah pemahaman materi teknik vokal hingga penerapan riff and runs pada lagu Peneliti gunakan pendekatan gerak lambat/slow motion serta repetisi/ pengulangan di setiap sub materi dengan tahapan yang telah dibuat dan di diskusikan dengan guru sebelumnya.Lagu Balonku dan Peri Cintaku yang dicover oleh Ziva Magnolya dipilih Peneliti sebagai media pengenalan pembelajaran riff and runs. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menambah pengetahuan, meningkatkan kemampuan vokal serta mendorong kreativifas siswa dan siswi di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri A Kota Bandung, sehingga bisa menjadi evaluasi dalam pengembangan proses pembelajaran musik khususnya di mata pelajaran vokal. Paradigma penelitian adalah kalitatif dengan metode deskriptif anlitis. Data penelitian diperoleh dari, observasi, studi literatur, wawancara dan studi dokumen terkait. Studi literatur meliputi sejarah singkat riff and runs, teknik vokal, metode solfegio termasuk didalamnya pendekatan bentuk repetisi/pengulangan, lalu diklarifikasi atau dikembangkan dengan hasil wawancara dengan guru serta siswa yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa sebagian dari keseluruhan siswa yang berlatih teknik vokal hingga praktik menyanyikan riff and runs lagu Balonku dan Peri Cintaku dikategorikan bisa sementara sebagian lainnya dikategorikan kurang bisa. Peneliti berharap kepada berbagai pihak untuk terus berupaya mendukung siswa-siswi disabilitas dalam berkarya dan berkreatifitas sesuai potensi serta minat yang dimilikinya. ABSTRACT The study is entitled "Rif and Runs Identification for Tunanetra High School Students at a State High School in Bandung City". The focus of this research is to introduce riff and runs by paying attention to vocal techniques such as breathing, register, intonation, flexibility and velocity. The learning activities are carried out using the solfegio/hearing method in view of the visual limitations that students have. The researchers used a slow motion approach as well as repetitions in each sub-matter with stages that had been created and discussed with previous teachers.The song "My Balloon and My Love Fairy" covered by Ziva Magnolya was chosen by the researcher as a media introduction learning riff and runs. The purpose of this research is to add knowledge, improve vocal skills and encourage creativity of students and pupils at the State School of Excellence A Kota Bandung, so that it can be an evaluation in the development of music learning processes especially in vocal subjects. The research paradigm is qualitative with anlitis descriptive methods. Studies of literature include a short history of riff and runs, vocal techniques, solfegio methods including repetition/repetition approaches, then clarified or developed with the results of interviews with teachers and students involved. The study revealed that some of the students who practiced vocal techniques up to the practice of singing riff and runs of my balloon and my love fairy were categorized as being able while others were categorised as being less able. The researchers hope that the various parties will continue to work to support disabled students in their career and creativity according to their potential and interests.
