Abstract

ABSTRAK Agni Kholifatul Umam (1500927). Gambaran Stres Kerja Guru Pada Yayasan Al Falah Kota Bandung Dalam Masa Pandemic Covid-19. Skripsi. Departemen Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Bandung. (2022) Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana gambaran stress kerja guru dan gambaran karakteristik demografi berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, status perkawinan, jumlah anak, usia anak, pengaruh jaringan internet saat bekerja, penghasilan, jabatan struktural, masa kerja, serta jumlah jam kerja pada guru yayasan Al Falah Kota Bandung dalam masa pandemic covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh sehingga sampel di dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 guru di Yayasan Al Falah Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik Person Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa gambaran stress guru pada Yayasan Al Falah Kota Bandung dalam masa pandemic covid-19. Berdasarkan aspek fisik berada pada level stress sedang dengan persentase sebesar 51,7%, dan berdasarkan aspek emosional berada pada level stress sedang dengan persentase sebesar 45,8%. Berdasarkan aspek fisik dan emosional karakteristik demografi berdasarkan penghasilan, masa kerja, dan usia memiliki hubungan dengan gambaran stress kerja guru pada Yayasan Al Falah Kota Bandung dalam masa pandemic covid-19. (2022) This study was conducted to find out and analyze how the description of teacher work stress and the description of demographic characteristics based on gender, age, marital status, number of children, age of children, the influence of the internet network at work, income, structural positions, years of service, and number of hours worked at work. Al Falah Foundation teacher in Bandung City during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling so that the sample in this study amounted to 120 teachers at the Al Falah Foundation, Bandung City. The analytical technique used is the Person Product Moment statistical test, based on the results of the study. It can be concluded that the description of teacher stress at the Al Falah Foundation in Bandung City during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the physical aspect is at a moderate stress level with a percentage of 51.7%, and based on the emotional aspect is at the level of moderate stress with a percentage of 45.8%. Based on the physical and emotional aspects, demographic characteristics based on income, years of service, and age have a relationship with the description of teacher work stress at the Al Falah Foundation, Bandung City during the COVID-19 pandemic.
