Abstract
ABSTRAK POLA INTERAKSI SOSIAL DALAM TRANSAKSI JUAL BELI HASIL TERNAK SAPI PERAH (STUDI DESKRIPTIF PADA PETERNAK SAPI PERAH SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR IPS DI DESA JAMBUDIPA KECAMATAN CISARUA KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT) Interaksi sosial sangat penting dan dibutuhkan dalam menjalin suatu hubungan antar individu, akan tetapi interaksi sosial sering kali tidak berjalan dengan baik dalam suatu proses sosial yang terjadi di lingkungan masyarakat, hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh sikap individualisme seorang individu. Salah satu contoh bahwa keberadaan interaksi sosial di masyarakat sangat penting, yaitu interaksi sosial yang terjadi di lingkungan masyarakat Desa Jambudipa Kecamatan Cisarua Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dalam hal ini peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti interaksi sosial yang terjadi antara Penjual Hasil Ternak Sapi Perah, yang dimana penelitian skripsi ini berfokus pada interaksi sosial yang terjadi antara peternak sapi perah dengan penjual hasil ternak sapi perah (Koperasi Unit Desa Sarwa Mukti) Desa Jambudipa Kecamatan Cisarua Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mendeskripskan terkait perilaku sosial penjual hasil ternak sapi perah di Desa Jambudipa Kecamatan Cisarua Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dan (2) untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses interaksi sosuial penjual hasil ternak sapi perah dalam membangun perekonomian masyarakar Desa Jambudipa Kecamatan Cisarua Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan strategi studi deskriftif. Sedangkan data yang diperoleh yaitu melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada para partisipan. Hasil umum penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola interaksi sosial antara Koperasi Unit Desa dengan masyarakat peternak sapi perah di Desa Jambudipa Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Sedangkan temuan khusus yang terungkap antara lain: Pertama, Koperasi Unit Desa dan masyarakat peternak sapi perah memiliki interaksi sosial yang baik untuk menghasilkan suatu hubungan yang baik terutama dalam bekerja sama dalam menjual hasil ternak sapi perah. Kedua, Koperasi Unit Desa melakukan interaksi sosial yang bersifat kerja sama dengan peternak sapi perah. Ketiga, tindakan interaksi sosial yang dilakukan bersifat kerja sama yang sangat baik sehingga dengan kerja sama tersebut dapat menguntungan satu sama lain. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian mengenai interaksi sosial tersebut, maka dalam kehidupan sehari-hari semestinya dapat menerapkan sebuah hubungan yang baik antara masyakat dalam setiap kegiatan, karena setiap individu pastinya akan selalu membutuhkan individu yang lainnya. Kata Kunci : Interaksi Sosial, Peternak Sapi Perah, Koperasi Unit Desa ABSTRACT SOCIAL INTERACTION PATTERNS IN BUYING AND BUYING TRANSACTIONS OF DAIRY CATTLE PRODUCTS (DESCRIPTIVE STUDY OF DAIRY CATTLE FARMERS AS A SOCIAL SCIENCE LEARNING RESOURCE IN JAMBUDIPA VILLAGE, CISARUA DISTRICT, WEST BANDUNG REGENCY) Social interaction is very important and needed in establishing a relationship between individuals, however, social interactions often do not go well in a social process that occurs in the community, this can be caused by the individualism of an individual. One example that the existence of social interaction in the community is very important, namely the social interaction that occurs in the community of Jambudipa Village, Cisarua District, West Bandung Regency. In this case the researcher is interested in examining the social interactions that occur between Dairy Cattle Product Sellers, where this thesis research focuses on the social interactions that occur between dairy farmers and dairy cattle sellers (Cooperative Unit Desa Sarwa Mukti) Jambudipa Village, Cisarua District. West Bandung Regency. This study aims (1) to describe the social behavior of sellers of dairy cattle in Jambudipa Village, Cisarua District, West Bandung Regency, and (2) to find out how the process of social interaction of dairy cattle sellers in building the economy of the community in Jambudipa Village, Cisarua District, Bandung Regency. West. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. While the data obtained is through the study of documentation, observation and interviews conducted to the participants. The general result of this study is to find out how the pattern of social interaction between the Village Unit Cooperative and the dairy farming community in Jambudipa Village, Cisarua District, West Bandung Regency. While the specific findings revealed include: First, the Village Unit Cooperative and the dairy farming community have good social interactions to produce a good relationship, especially in working together in selling dairy cattle. Second, the Village Unit Cooperative conducts cooperative social interactions with dairy farmers. Third, the actions of social interaction that are carried out are very good cooperation so that with this cooperation they can benefit each other. By doing research on social interactions, in everyday life one should be able to apply a good relationship between the community in every activity, because each individual will certainly always need another individual.
