Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan self-efficacy matematis peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran dnegan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Metode peneilitiaan yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah quasy eksperiment dengen bentuk the nonequivalent posttest control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VI di SD Negeri Dayah Tanoh Kabupaten Pidie, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa test dan non-test (angket dan lembar observasi). Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah posttest, angket, serta lembar observasi. Pokok bahasan yang disajikan sebagai materi adalah bilangan bulat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji parametrik yaitu uji t dan uji korelasi. Hasil Penelitian adalah (1) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan model problem-based learning, lebih baik daripada peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pembelajaran langsung (2) Self-efficacy matematis antara peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan model problem-based learnin, lebih baik daripada peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran langsung (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dengan self-efficacy matematis. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the problem-solving abilities and mathematical self-efficacy of students who received learning using a problem-based learning (PBL) model. The research method used is quantitative. The type of research conducted is quasi-experimental in the form of a non-equivalent posttest control group design. The population of this study was students of class VI in the elementary school Dayah Tanoh in the Pidie district, taking samples using the purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this research are test and non-test (questionnaire and observation sheet). Data collection techniques used in this study were posttest, questionnaire, and observation sheet techniques. The subject that is presented as material is integers. The data analysis technique used parametric tests, namely t-test and correlation test. The results of this research are (1) the ability the mathematical problem-solving of students who receive learning using problem-based learning models is better than that of students who receive learning using conventional learning, (2) the ability of mathematical self-efficacy between students who receive learning using the problem-based learning model is better than students who receive conventional learning, (3) there is a significant relationship between mathematical problem-solving ability and mathematical self-efficacy.
