Abstract

Kurikulum adalah syarat yang sudah ditetapkan bagi Pendidikan di sekolah, yang mana kurikulum adalah bagian yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari Pendidikan dan pengajaran. Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan acuan guru dalam mempersiapkan proses pembelajaran, namun kesiapan guru pada kurikulum Merdeka belum siap secara merata. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kesiapan Guru Penggerak dan Guru Non Penggerak Dalam Pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 guru. Teknik analisis data dengan menghitung skor indeks maksimum dan indeks minimum. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan secara umum bahwa guru penggerak dan guru non penggerak di SMK Negeri masuk dalam kategori sangat siap dan dapat dilanjutkan, sedangkan untuk guru non penggerak di SMK Swasta masuk dalam kategori siap, tetapi perlu sedikit peningkatan. Adapula kesimpulan secara khusus yang dilihat peraspek bahwa pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajran kurikulum Merdeka guru penggerak dan guru non penggerak di SMK Negeri masuk dalam kategori sangat siap dan dapat dilanjutkan, sedangkan guru non penggerak di SMK Swasta masuk dalam kategori siap, tetapi perlu sedikit peningkatan. Tingkat kesiapan guru non penggerak negeri dan swasta memiliki perbedaan tingkat kesiapan yang cukup signifikan, hal ini dikarenakan proses penyebaran informasi atau sosialisasi kepada sekolah swasta tidak semasif sekolah negeri, adanya perbedaan prioritas sekolah negeri dan swasta serta kurikulum merdeka juga bersifat fleksibel dan kondisional berdasarkan kebutuhan masing-masing sekolah. The curriculum is a requirement that has been set for education in schools, where the curriculum is an inseparable part of education and teaching. The Merdeka Curriculum is a reference for teachers in preparing the learning process, but teacher readiness for the Merdeka Curriculum is not evenly prepared. The general aim of this research is to determine the level of preparedness of implementing teacher and non-implementing teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The total sample in this study was 45 teachers. Data analysis technique by calculating the maximum index score and minimum index. From the research results, it can be concluded in general that the implementing teachers and non-implementing teachers at State Vocational Schools are in the very ready category and can be continued, while the non-implementing teachers at Private Vocational Schools are in the ready category, but need a little improvement. There is also a specific conclusion seen by the aspects that in the aspects of learning planning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation of Merdeka curriculum implementing teachers and non-implementing teachers at State Vocational Schools are in the very ready category and can be continued, while non-implementing teachers at Private Vocational Schools are in the ready category. , but needs a little improvement. The level of readiness of state and private non-motivated teachers has quite significant differences in the level of readiness, this is because the process of disseminating information or socialization to private schools is not as extensive as that of state schools, there are differences in the priorities of state and private schools and the independent curriculum is also flexible and conditional based on individual needs each school.
