Abstract

ABSTRAK Shena Sania (1901368). Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Organizational Pride terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Kedai Kopi. Skripsi Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Univeritas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung (2023). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris mengenai turnover intention yang dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan organizational pride pada karyawan di kedai kopi dan pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja dan organizational pride secara bersamaan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan kedai kopi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling berupa convenience sampling dengan sampel seanyak 403 karyawan kedai kopi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala, yaitu instrumen kepuasan kerja (36 item; α = 0,898), instrumen organizational pride (19 item; α = 0,753), dan instrumen turnover intention (16 item; α = 0,845). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh negatif kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif organizational pride terhadap turnover intention, (3) terdapat pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja dan organizational pride terhadap turnover intention secara bersamaan. This study aims to examine turnover intention which is influenced by job satisfaction and organizational pride of employees in coffee shops and the influence of job satisfaction and organizational pride simultaneously on turnover intention of coffee shop employees. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling in the form of convenience sampling with a sample of 403 coffee shop employees. The instruments used in this research used three scales, namely the job satisfaction instrument (36 items; α = 0.898), the organizational pride instrument (19 items; α = 0.753), and the turnover intention instrument (16 items; α = 0.845). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that (1) there is a negative influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention, (2) there is a negative influence of organizational pride on turnover intention, (3) there is an influence of job satisfaction and organizational pride on turnover intention simultaneously.
