Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keleketan orang tua
terhadap perilaku agresi yang dimediasi oleh empati pada remaja laki-laki di
Bandung Raya. Responden (N=369) adalah remaja laki-laki di Bandung Raya yang
mengisi kuesioner yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia, yaitu
Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) dengan reabilitas 0,94 untuk
bagian kelektan orang tua, Interpersonal Reaction Index (IRI) dengan reabilitas
0,76 untuk bagian empati, dan Aggression Quedtionnare Scale (AQS) dengan
reabilitas 0,85 untuk bagian perilaku agresi. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah
teknik accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik
analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelekatan
orang tua terhadap perilaku agresi yang dimediasi oleh empati pada remaja laki-laki
di Bandung Raya. Hasil menunjukan bahwa terhadap pengaruh kelekatan orang tua
terhadap perilaku agresi dan empati tidak memediasi pengaruh kelekatan orang tua
terhadap perilaku agresi pada remaja laki-laki di Bandung Raya.

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of parental
attachment on aggressive behavior mediated by empathy in adolescent boys in
Greater Bandung. Respondents (N=369) were male teenagers in Greater Bandung
who filled out a questionnaire that had been adapted into Indonesian, namely the
Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) with a reliability of 0.94 for the
parental attachment section, Interpersonal Reaction Index ( IRI) with a reliability
of 0.76 for the empathy section, and the Aggression Questionnaire Scale (AQS)
with a reliability of 0.85 for the aggressive behavior section. The sampling
technique used is accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used
is simple and multiple regression analysis techniques to determine the influence of
parental attachment on aggressive behavior mediated by empathy in adolescent
boys in Greater Bandung. The results show that the influence of parental attachment
on aggressive behavior and empathy do not mediate the influence of parental
attachment on aggressive behavior in adolescent boys in Greater Bandung.
