Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis merupakan keterampilan penting bagi siswa diabad-21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya, hasil PISA, dan temuan Depdiknas menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar pada mata pelajaran IPA masih rendah hal tersebut yang menjadi latar belakang pada penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat pengaruh model CTL berbantuan animasi 3D berbasis PPT terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dan desain non-equivalent control group design.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh : 1) Hasil uji independentt-test kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,019 artinya terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata post test kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, 2) berdasarkan uji N-gain kelas eksperimen mendapatkan hasil 0,00 artinya terdapat peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas eksperimen, dan 3) berdasaarkan uji regresi diperoleh hasil mengenai pengaruh model CTL berbantuan animasi 3D berbasis PPT sebesar 97,5% terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model CTL berbantuan animasi 3D berbasis PPT berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, direkomendasikan untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat mengembangkan penelitian pada aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis lainnya dan meneliti lebih lanjut mengenai aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis yang masih berada kategori sedang dan rendah ----- Critical thinking skills are important skills for students in the 21st century. Based on the results of previous research, PISA results, and the findings of the Ministry of National Education,show that elementary school students' critical thinking abilities in science subjects are still low, which is the background for this research. The aim of this research is to see the effect of the CTL model assisted by PPT-based 3D animation on students' critical thinking skills. In this research, researchers used quantitative methods with experimental research and non-equivalent control group design. Based on the research results obtained: 1) The results of the independent t-test for the experimental class were 0.019, meaning there was a difference in the average post-test score for the experimental class and the control class, 2) Based on the N-gain test, the experimental class got a result of 0.00, meaning there was an increase students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class, and 3) based on the regression test, results were obtained regarding the influence of the CTL model assisted by PPT-based 3D animation of 97.5% on students' critical thinking skills. It can be concluded that the CTL model assisted by PPT-based 3D animation has an effect on students' critical thinking skills, it is recommended that future researchers develop research on other aspects of critical thinking skills and research further on aspects of critical thinking skills which are still in the medium and low categories.
