    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological capital terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan divisi jahit PT X di Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 226 orang karyawan divisi jahit PT X Kota Tasikmalaya yang diambil dengan menggunakan total population sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan bantuan program software SPSS versi 25 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh psychological capital terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan divisi jahit PT X di Kota Tasikmalaya.

    This research aims to find out the influence of psychological capital on turnover intention in sewing division employees of PT X Tasikmalaya. The methode used in this research is a quantitative methode with 226 employees of sewing division of PT X as a sample. This research used simple regression analysis technique as a data analysis technique using SPSS 25th version for windows software program. The result proved that psychological capital has influence on turnover intention in sewing division employees of PT X Tasikmalaya.
