Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Plumbon mengenai pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap prestasi belajar belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Plumbon pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey explanatory. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 129 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 98 siswa. Data mengenai lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala numerik. Sedangkan data mengenai prestasi belajar siswa diperoleh dari hasil dokumentasi nilai UAS. Analisis data penelitian ini mengunakan korelasi parsial dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 35,1%, secara parsial lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 6% sisanya 94% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, secara parsial motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 17,4% sisanya 82,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis teruji dan diterima kebenarannya dengan taraf 95%, hal ini dibuktikan melalui perhitungan uji keberartian korelasi dengan alpha sebesar 0,05 dan derajat kebebasan sebesar 95 diperoleh hasil: (1) lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 2,452340 > ttabel 1,985251, (2) motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 4,471764 > ttabel 1,985251, (3) lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi yang ditunjukkan harga Fhitung 25,8088 > Ftabel 3,092217. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diharapkan orang tua selalu menciptakan lingkungan keluarga yang baik. Selain itu sebaiknya siswa dapat memanfaatkan dan meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya agar menghasilkan prestasi belajar yang lebih baik lagi. The purpose of this research was to know the influence of familly environment and learning motivation on students learning achievement of accountings subject in class XI IPS SMAN 1 Plumbon either partial or simultaneous. The method used in this research is explanatory survey. The population of the research was 129 students of Social Science Program grade XI. Moreover, the sample of this research was 98 students. The data of familly environmnent and learning motivation are obtained by distributing of questionnaires with numerical scale of data. While the data of students learning achievement obtained by document of value school finals examination. The data analysis in this research used the partial correlation and multiple correlation. The result of research showed that familly environment and learning motivation simultaneous have an influence on students learning achievement amount 35,1%, familly environment partially has an influence on students learning achievement amount 17,4% and the balance amount 82,6% influenced by other factors, learning motivation partially has an influence on students learning achievement amount 17,4% and the balance amount 82,6% influenced by other factors. The result of research showed that the hypothesis tested and accepted as true by the level 95%. This was evidenced by calculating the correlation significance test with 0.05 alpha and 95 degrees of freedom for the results obtained: (1) familly environment on learning achievement in accountings that showed with tcount 2,452340 > ttable 1,985251, (2) learning motivation on learning achievement of accountings that showed with tcount 4,471764 > ttable 1,985251, (3) familly environment and learning motivation on learning achievement of accountings that showed with Fcount 25,8088 > Ftable 3,092217. Based on this research parents were expected to always make a good familly environment. Beside that, student can take advantage and increase their learning motivation for better learning achievement.
