Abstract

Pariwisata yang berkualitas tinggi tidak harus menggunakan sarana dan prasarana wisata yang mahal akan tetapi sikap yang baik terhadap sumber daya wisata dan menghormati lingkungan setempat yang merupakan tanggung jawab semua. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis sikap masyarakat terhadap pengembangan desa wisata menggunakan teori tindakan beralasan serta peranannya dalam melestarikan budaya Betawi itu sendiri. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, Desa Wisata Perkampungan Budaya Betawi menjadi lokus dalam penelitian ini. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) mengetahui sikap masyarakat sekitar terkait pengembangan Desa Wisata Perkampungan Budaya Betawi; dan 2) memahami peran masyarakat dalam pelestarian budaya Betawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data melalui kegiatan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan studi data sekunder. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap 9 orang narasumber, pelaku pariwisata di kawasan yang diteliti. Selanjutnya analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan reduksi data melalui pengkodean terbuka, pengelompokan kategori dan tema, selanjutnya penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) masyarakat Desa Wisata Perkampungan Budaya Betawi menyikapi pengembangan ini dengan sangat positif sehingga mereka mendukung dan berperan untuk melestarikan budaya Betawi; 2) terdapat tiga dampak (ekonomi, sosial-budaya, lingkungan) yang terjadi karena adanya peranan dari pelestarian budaya betawi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat itu sendiri. Selanjutnya, implikasi hasil penelitian terhadap pelestarian budaya Betawi didiskusikan lebih lanjut di dalam skripsi ini. Kata kunci: Desa Wisata, Teori Tindakan Beralasan, Pelestarian Budaya High-quality tourism does not have to use expensive tourist facilities and infrastructure, but a good attitude towards tourism resources and respect for the local environment which is the responsibility of all. This study intends to analyze resident attitudes towards the development of tourist villages using the theory of Reasoned Action and its role in preserving Betawi culture itself. In this regard, the Betawi Cultural Village Tourism Village is the locus in this study. The objectives of this study are 1) to find out the attitude of the surrounding resident regarding the development of the Betawi Cultural Village Tourism Village; and 2) understanding the role of the community in preserving Betawi culture. This study uses a qualitative approach research design with a case study method, data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews, observation, and secondary data studies. Interviews were conducted with 9 informants, tourism actors in the area studied. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out by reducing data through open coding, grouping categories and themes, then presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the people of the Betawi Cultural Village Tourism Village respond very positively to this development so that they support and play a role in preserving Betawi culture; 2) there are three impacts (economic, socio-cultural, environmental) that occurs because to the role of the preservation of Betawi culture carried out by the resident. The implications of the research results for the preservation of Betawi culture are discussed further in this study.
