Abstract

Pemberdayaan terhadap karyawan sangat penting dilakukan guna meningkatkan keterampilan karyawan. Salah satu faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kegiatan pembedayaan adalah kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan di UMKM Idaman. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di UMKM Idaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu pendidikan dan pelatihan sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan pemberdayaan karyawan sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 50 responden. Untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian maka metode penelitian dilakukan dengan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Pada pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hasil uji statistik diketahui pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan sebesar 80,20%. Empowerment of employees is very important in order to improve employee skills. One of the factors suspected of influencing empowerment activities is education and training activities. This study aimsed to determine the effect of education and training on women's empowerment in ideal SMEs. The objects in this study were employees who work at Ideal UMKM. This research used two variables, namely education and training as the independent variable (X) and employee empowerment as the dependent variable (Y). The method used was a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 50 respondents. To find out the research results, the research method was carried out by testing data quality, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. In hypothesis testing, statistical test results showed that education and training had a positive effect on women's empowerment by 80.20%.
