Abstract
Suatu organisasi perlu memerhatikan sumber daya yang dimiliki dengan baik supaya mampu bertahan dan unggul dari organisasi lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran sumber daya yang dimiliki SDIT Prayasqi Islamic School, mengidentifikasinya sumber daya yang dimiliki SDIT Prayasqi Islamic School menggunakan analisis resource based view dan penilaian sumber daya tersebut dengan kerangka kerja VRIO, dan memberikan rekomendasi strategi bersaing kepada SDIT Prayasqi Islamic School berdasarkan hasil analisis resource based view dan kerangka kerja VRIO. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Alat pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Partisipan yang terlibat di dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ketua Yayasan, Kepala Sekolah, dan Ketua Komite. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis resource based view dan penilaian dengan Kerangka Kerja VRIO terdapat 44 sumber daya yang terdiri atas 19 asset berwujud, 12 aset tidak berwujud dan 13 kapabilitas. Lebih lanjut, ditemukan 18 sumber daya yang mampu berkontribusi dalam keunggulan bersaing secara berkelanjutan, 25 sumber daya yang termasuk ke dalam keunggulan bersaing sementara, dan 1 sumber daya yang menjadi keunggulan paritas pada SDIT Prayasqi Islamic School. An organization needs to pay attention to its resources so that it can survive and excel from other organizations. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of resources owned by SDIT Prayasqi Islamic School, identify the resources owned by SDIT Prayasqi Islamic School using resource-based view analysis and assessment of these resources with the VRIO framework, and provide recommendations for competitive strategies to SDIT Prayasqi Islamic School based on the results of resource-based view analysis and VRIO framework. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection tools through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The participants involved in this study were the head of the Foundation, the principal, and the head of the committee. The results of the research using resource-based view analysis and assessment with the VRIO Framework found 44 resources consisting of 19 tangible assets, 12 intangible assets and 13 capabilities. Furthermore, 18 resources were found to be able to contribute to sustainable competitive advantage, 25 resources were included in the temporary competitive advantage, and 1 resource became a parity advantage at SDIT Prayasqi Islamic School.
