    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa kewirausahaan UPI. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kewirausahaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, pada Program Studi Kewirausahaan UPI Kampus Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan jumlah populasinya 104 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan jumlah populasinya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi sederhana, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa sebesar 23%, 77% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti bimbingan vokasional, latar belakang orang tua dan motivasi belajar.

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training on the work readiness of UPI entrepreneurship students. The objects in this study were entrepreneurship students at the Indonesian University of Education. In the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus entrepreneurship study program. This research method used quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches, with a population of 104 students. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample that is taking the entire population. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, simple regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicated that job training had a positive effect on student work readiness by 23%, the remaining 77% was influenced by other factors such as vocational guidance, parental background and learning motivation.
