Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh metode pembelajaran progresif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi kelas XI Perhotelan 3 pada aktivitas ritmik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Desain penelitian pretest posttes control grup desain. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi kelas XI Perhotelan 3 dengan sampel 34 orang yaitu dengan menggunakan Simple Kuota. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar skala motivasi belajar dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini memakai analisis statistik yaitu analisis uji t (uji hipotesis) dengan kesamaan dua rata-rata satu pihak. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada siswa yang diberikan metode progresif terhadap motivasi dalam pembelajaran aktivitas ritmik. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa t hitung 5,47 lebih besar dari ttabel - α (2,037). kriteria pengujian adalah tolak Ho jika t > tl – α pada taraf nyata α = 0.05 dengan (dk) = 16. Dalam hal ini t hitung berada pada daerah penolakan Ho. Jadi Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya metode progresif memberikan pengaruh terhadap terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran aktivitas ritmik. Kata Kunci : Metode Pembelajaran Progresif, Motivasi Belajar, Aktivitas Ritmik The purpose of this research is for knowing how much Progressive Learning Method affect to student’s motivation in SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi, especially for sixth grade Hospitality Major in rhythmic activity. The method that the author used is experiment. And the design of research is pretest posttes control grup desain. Population and Samples in this research is students from sixth grade of Hospitality Major in SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi with 34 students for the sample in Simple Quota. The Instruments used in this research is motivation to learn scale paper and documentation. The data analysis is done by descriptive quantitative analysis technique. This research used statistical analysis, and it is t test analysis (hypothesis testing) with an average similarity of the two parties. The test result showed that the hypothesis accepted which there is significant reaction to students who were given progressive method to motivation in rhythmic activity learning. From the test result, the author got t counted 5,47 bigger than ttabel - α (2,037). The criteria of the test is refuse Ho if t > tl – α in real level α = 0.05 with (dk) = 16. In this case, t calculation is in Ho refusal area. So, Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted, and that means the progressive method gave an effect to student’s motivation to learn in rhythmic activity learning.
