Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Desain Didaktis Bahan Ajar Problem Solving pada Konsep Persamaan Linearr Satu Variabel” ini memiliki tujuan untuk dapat merumuskan suatu alternatif desain pembelajaran terkait konsep persamaan linear satu variabel. Desain didaktis ini dikembangkan berdasarkan kurangnya pemahaman konsep dasar dan pengalaman belajar siswa dalam mengerjakan soal-soal dengan variasi konteks saat melakukan problem solving dari masalah yang dihadapi. Sehingga hal ini memunculkan suatu learning obstacle pada konsep persamaan linear satu variabel yang kemudian dijadikan acuan dalam penyusunan desain didaktis awal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Karena metode kualitatif dapat lebih rinci dalam menjelaskan fenomena yang lebih kompleks dan sulit diungkapkan dengan metode kuantitatif. Kajian empiris ini menggunakan pendekatan problem solving untuk menggali respon siswa terhadap soal-soal yang diujikan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 siswa SMP dari 3 kluster dan 12 siswa SMA dari 2 kluster. 30 orang responden ini ditentukan melalui tes seleksi responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu desain didaktis dapat dijadikan alternatif desain pembelajaran pada konsep persamaan linear satu variabel. Desain didaktis tersebut merupakan hasil desain didaktis revisi dari desain didaktis awal yang telah disusun sebelumnya dengan memperhatikan hasil implementasi desain secara langsung di kelas.The research entitled "Didactic design of learning materials on the concept of problem solving linear equations of one variable" has a goal to be able to formulate an alternative instructional design related concepts of linear equations of one variable. Didactic design was developed based on a lack of understanding of basic concepts and students' learning experience in working with a variety of problems while doing a problem solving context of the problem faced. So this raises an obstacle learning the concept of linear equation of one variable which was then used as reference in preparing the initial didactic design. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. Because qualitative methods can be more detailed in describing the phenomenon which more complex and difficult to express in quantitative methods. This empirical study using a problem solving approach to to exploring students' responses against problems that were tested. Respondents in this research was 18 students from three cluster junior high school students and 12 from two clusters senior high school. 30 respondents was determined through a test selection of respondents. The results of this research is a didactic design of learning can be an alternative design concept of linear equations in one variable. Didactic design is the result of the revision of the didactic design of the initial didactic design that had been developed previously by taking into account the implementation of the design directly in the classroom.Key words : Didactical Design, Problem Solving and Learning Obstacle
