Abstract
Pembelajaran kooperatif yaitu mengerjakan sesuatu secara bersama-sama dengan saling membantu satu sama lainnya sebagai satu kelompok. Model pembelajaran kooperatif beranjak dari dasar pemikiran getting better together, yang menekankan pada pemberian kesempatan belajar yang lebih luas dan suasana yang kondusif kepada siswa untuk memperoleh, dan mengembangkan pengetahuan, sikap, nilai, serta, keterampilan-keterampilan sosial yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupannya di masyarakat. Model pembelajaran kooperatif merupakan suatu model pembelajaran di mana siswa belajar dan bekerja dalam kelompok-kelompok kecil secara kolaboratif yang anggotanya terdiri dari 4 sampai 6 orang, dengan struktur kelompoknya yang bersifat heterogen. Dalam pembelajaran kooperatif, belajar dikatakan belum selesai jika salah satu teman dalam kelompok belum menguasai bahan pelajaran, keberhasilan belajar dari kelompok tergantung pada kemampuan dan aktivitas anggota kelompok, baik secara individual maupun kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dilaksanakan di SMP YAS Bandung kelas VII A dengan jumlah anak 45 orang yang terdiri dari 25 anak laki-laki dan 20 anak perempuan. Langkah-langkah penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah 1. perencanaan, 2. pelaksanaan, 3. pengamatan, dan 4. refleksi. Data-data hasil penelitian berupa data kuantitatif yaitu data-data yang diperoleh dari hasil belajar anak selama aktifitas pembelajaran. Data kualitatif yaitu data-data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi terhadap keterlaksanaan pembelajaran tentang kerjasama dalam permainan bolavoli. Semua data diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan cacatan lapangan yang dilaksanakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran cooperative, terdapat peningkatan kerjasama yang baik terhadap pembelajaran aktivitas permainan bolavoli. Cooperative learning is doing something together by helping each other in a team. This model was acquired from ‘getting better together’ mindset, which force to give a wider learning chance and more conducive situation to get and develop knowledge, attitude, value, then social skills that brings a good benefit for society. Cooperative learning is a model where student try to study and work in a small groups collaboratively which consist of 4-6 student member with a heterogeneous structure. In cooperative learning, learn is not yet finished if 1 student in the group has not master the learning material, learning success of group is depend on group member’s skill and activities, either individually or in groups. Learning method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR), implemented in SMP YAS Bandung class VII A with 45 amount of student which consist of 25 boys and 20 girls. Research steps implemented was 1. Planning 2. Implementation 3. Observation 4. Reflection. Result of research is in the form of quantitative data which was obtained from the student’s learning result during learning activity. Qualitative data is a data which was obtained from observation result of the feasibility learning about cooperation in volleyball game. All of the data was obtained from results of observation and field notes which was implemented in this research. According to the research result, it shows that by applying cooperative learning model, there is an improvement of cooperation in volleyball learning activity.
