Abstract

Selain kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomin Indonesia, UMKM masih memiliki berbagai macam permasalahan yang mendasar. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM ini meliputi, sumber daya manusia yang kurang memiliki ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengembangan usaha, permasalahan dalam permodalan, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, serta kurangnya akses pemasaran produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pelatihan terhadap kinerja UMKM dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja UMKM binaan di Rumah BUMN Kota Tasikmalaya. Objek yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN Kota Tasikmalaya dengan pertimbangan para pelaku UMKM yang sudah terkoordinasi dan pernah dibina di tempat tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan uji parsial (uji t). Hasil dari penelitian ini terlihat apabila gambaran pelatihan dan kinerja UMKM di Rumah BUMN Kota Tasikmalaya memiliki nilai mean masing-masing yaitu 117.09 dan 117.54. Adapun dalam mengetahui pengaruh varibael pelatihan (X) terhadap variabel kinerja UMKM (Y) memiliki pengaruh positif dalam hubungan kedua variabelnya. In addition to the contribution of MSMEs to the Indonesian economy, MSMEs still have a variety of fundamental problems. The most basic problems faced by MSME actors include human resources who lack knowledge and skills in business development, problems in capital, lack of facilities and infrastructure, and lack of access to product marketing. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of training on the performance of MSMEs and to determine the effect of training on the performance of fostered MSMEs at the Tasikmalaya City BUMN House. The object chosen in this study was MSMEs assisted by the Tasikmalaya City BUMN House with the consideration of MSME actors who have been coordinated and have been coached at the place. This research method used quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and partial test (t test). The results of this study showed that the description of training and performance of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City BUMN Houses had a mean value of 117.09 and 117.54, respectively. As for knowing the effect of training variables (X) on MSME performance variables (Y) has a positive influence in the relationship between the two variables.
