Abstract
Persaingan pasar tenaga kerja yang semakin ketat mendorong setiap individu untuk berpikir lebih keras agar memiliki penghasilan yang layak. Angka pengangguran terdidik yang tinggi perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius untuk memperbaiki sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Integrasi nilai pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam pembelajaran dipandang perlu ditanamkan sejak pendidikan usia sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pengintegrasian nilai pendidikan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dan dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jayamekar Tasikmalaya. Subyek utama penelitian ini terdiri dari sepuluh individu, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua peserta didik, dan peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperkuat melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, wawancara, studi dokumen dan dokumentasi, ditemukan temuan penelitian sebagai berikut: Program pengintegrasian nilai pendidikan kewirausahaan direncanakan dalam rapat tahunan yang diadakan pada awal setiap tahun ajaran. Rapat tersebut dihadiri oleh komite, kepala sekolah, guru, dan orangtua siswa. Nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang ditanamkan yaitu kemandirian, kepemimpinan, kreativitas, orientasi pada tindakan, dan berani mengambil risiko. Dalam pelaksanaannya kelima nilai ini diintegrasikan ke dalam semua aspek kegiatan di sekolah, yaitu terintegrasi ke dalam setiap mata pelajaran, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler (pramuka dan olahraga), pengembangan diri (niaga siswa atau market day, sudut kuliner atau culinary corner dan kegiatan berkebun/bercocok tanam), budaya sekolah (pembiasaan 5S: senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun dan sholat dhuha) dan muatan lokal mata pelajaran kewirausahaan khusus, "Niaga Siswa," yang diajarkan setiap seminggu sekali. Evaluasi model pendidikan kewirausahaan dilakukan melalui pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan penilaian proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik The increasingly fierce labor market competition encourages every individual to think harder in order to have a decent income. The high rate of educated unemployment needs serious attention to improve the education system in Indonesia. The integration of the value of entrepreneurship education in learning is deemed necessary to instill since elementary school age education. This study aims to reveal the planning, implementation and evaluation of integrating the value of entrepreneurship education. This research used a qualitative approach with the case study method, and was carried out at Jayamekar Tasikmalaya Elementary School. The main subjects of this study consisted of ten individuals, including school principals, teachers, students' parents, and students. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, study of documents and documentation. The validity of the data is strengthened through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The collected data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing methods. Based on the results of observations, interviews, document studies and documentation, the following research findings were found: The value integration program for entrepreneurship education is planned at an annual meeting held at the beginning of each school year. The meeting was attended by the committee, principals, teachers and parents of students. The entrepreneurial values instilled are independence, leadership, creativity, action orientation, and courage to take risks. In practice, these five values are integrated into all aspects of school activities, namely integrated into each subject, extracurricular activities (scouts and sports), self-development (student trade or market day, culinary corner and gardening/farming activities), school culture (5S habituation: smile, greet, greet, polite, polite and Duha prayer) and local content of a special entrepreneurship subject, "Student Commerce," which is taught once a week. Evaluation of the entrepreneurship education model is carried out through a holistic approach that involves assessing the learning process and student learning outcomes.
