Abstract

Transaction using digital was inspired from the conventional use of paper money which has the property privacy and transferability. Digital cash transactions should be able to maintain the privacy of the owner, either from the bank that issued the digital cash or vendor as a recipient of the digital cash. This privacy property which is the difference between digital cash payment to other payment methods. In addition to privacy concerns, it should be noted also the safety factor in the use of digital cash from crimes such as counterfeiting, copying or theft. Application of blind signature using the RSA algorithm is an appropriate way in this matter, other than the customer privacy is protected using digital cash, digital cash also produce safe for use. The results of the testing was done using randomly generate public and private key on the 100% of the value obtained for the true on authenticity process and update digital cash process, while at the par-added using the same digital cash process, generating 67% of true validation and 33% false validation.
