Abstract

Dalam rangka mendukung suksesnya Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM) maka Kemendikbudristek meluncurkan Program Sekolah Penggerak yang bertujuan sebagai katalisator dalam penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka. Namun dalam penerapannya masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi yang tepat dalam IKM. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Pasirjeungjing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna mendeskripsikan strategi IKM di Sekolah Penggerak SD Negeri Pasirjeungjing. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa strategi IKM di Sekolah Penggerak SD Negeri Pasirjeungjing terdiri dari 4 komponen utama yaitu 1) Memahami kerangka dasar dan regulasi Kurikulum Merdeka, 2) pembelajaran dan asesmen, 3) Pengembangan Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP), dan 4) Pengembangan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang ditemukan diantaranya 1) Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, 2) Kurangnya SDM yang berakibat kepada kendala dalam membangun budaya sekolah, 3) Kurangnya pengalaman dalam manajemen waktu, 4) Minimnya pengalaman Komite Pembelajaran, serta 5) Kesulitan dalam merancang modul projek. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan yaitu, 1) Guru dituntut lebih kreatif dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas sekolah, 2) Komite Pembelajaran mengikuti pelatihan IKM, 3) Guru berkoordinasi dengan sekolah lain, serta 5) Komite Pembelajaran menghadirkan narasumber ahli dalam penyusunan Modul Projek. In order to support the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, the Ministry of Education and Culture and Technology launched the Sekolah penggerak Program which aims to be a catalyst in the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. But in its application there are still some shortcomings. Therefore, the right strategy is needed in SMIs. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Pasirjeungjing. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The data analysis used consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The purpose of this study is to describe the IKM strategy in the Sekolah penggerak of SD Negeri Pasirjeungjing. The results of the study found that the IKM strategy at the Sekolah Penggerak of SD Negeri Pasirjeungjing consists of 4 main components, namely 1) Understanding the basic framework and regulations of the Merdeka curriculum, 2) learning and assessment, 3) Development of the Operational Curriculum of the Education Unit, and 4) Development of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. However, in its implementation, there are still several obstacles found including 1) Lack of facilities and infrastructure, 2) Lack of human resources which results in obstacles in building school culture, 3) Lack of experience in time management, 4) Lack of experience of the Learning Committee, and 5) Difficulties in designing project modules. The efforts made are, 1) Teachers are required to be more creative in utilizing school facilities, 2) Learning Committees participate in IKM training, 3) Teachers coordinate with other schools, and 5) Learning Committees present expert resource persons in the preparation of Project Modules.
