Abstract
ANISA DWI YANTI YUSUF. 1901457. “WISATA WARISAN BUDAYA GASTRONOMI DI KOTA TUA JAKARTA” ABSTRAK Pariwisata adalah kombinasi dari kegiatan yang menyediakan pengalaman perjalanan. Warisan budaya di Indonesia dikenal cukup banyak. Kota Tua Jakarta merupakan salah satu dari 10 Destinasi Prioritas Nasional yang memiliki potensi gastronomi di dalamnya, Demi memberikan info wisata warisan budaya gastronomi yang ada di Kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta diperlukan sebuah informasi yang menarik dan mudah dipahami wisatawan, seperti dibuatnya pemetaan digital wisata, untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemetaan digital wisata warisan budaya gastronomi di Kota Tua Jakarta sebagai sistem informasi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, studi literatur, studi dokumentasi, dan analisis. Penemuan digitalisasi mengenai peta infografis dan video animasi Petak 9 dan Fatahillah, Kota Tua Jakarta; Discover Hidden Gastronomic Gems, untuk memberi sedikit gambaran dan informasi kepada wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kota Tua Jakarta yang memiliki tujuan mencari dan mejelajah gastronomi disana. Para pembaca dapat men-scan QR Code kamera ponsel demi mempermudah para pembaca mengakses video yang tertuang, tanpa perlu mengetik keyword pencarian YouTube secara manual.Pemetaan digital berbentuk peta infografis dan video animasi wisata warisan budaya gastronomi di Kota Tua Jakarta, untuk memudahkan wisatawan melihat letak produk kuliner dan menajamkan visualisasi pembaca dan wisatawan. Kata Kunci : Kota Tua Jakarta; Gastronomi; Pemetaan Digital ANISA DWI YANTI YUSUF. 1901457. “GASTRONOMIC CULTURAL HERITAGE TOURISM IN THE OLD CITY OF JAKARTA” ABSTRACT Tourism is a combination of activities that provide a travel experience. There is quite a lot of cultural heritage in Indonesia. The Old City of Jakarta is one of the 10 National Priority Destinations which has gastronomic potential in it. In order to provide information on gastronomic cultural heritage tourism in the Old City of Jakarta, information is needed that is interesting and easy for tourists to understand, such as creating digital tourist mapping, to find out how to digitally map gastronomic cultural heritage tourism in the Old City of Jakarta as a digital information system. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews, observations, literature studies, documentation studies and analysis. Digitization discoveries regarding infographic maps and animated videos of Petak 9 and Fatahillah, Kota Tua Jakarta; Discover Hidden Gastronomic Gems, to provide a little overview and information to tourists visiting the Old City of Jakarta who have the aim of finding and exploring the gastronomy there. Readers can scan the QR Code on their cell phone camera to make it easier for readers to access the videos contained, without having to manually type in YouTube search keywords. Digital mapping takes the form of infographic maps and animated videos of gastronomic cultural heritage tours in the Old City of Jakarta, to make it easier for tourists to see where they are. culinary products and sharpen the visualization of readers and tourists.
