Abstract

Salah satu bidang penting dalam Administrasi/Manajemen Pendidikan adalah berkaitan dengan Personil/Sumberdaya manusia yang terlibat dalam proses pendidikan, baik itu Pendidik seperti guru maupun tenaga Kependidikan seperti tenaga Administratif. Sebuah tantangan dari bangsa Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekolah khsusnya sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran dari implementasi MBS, kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja SMK di Tasikmalaya. Serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi MBS, kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja SMK di Tasikmalaya secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi ganda yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Data survei yang digunakan berjumlah 57 responden dengan keterangan karyawan sekolah SMK swasta dan negeri di Tasikmalaya. Berdasarkan pengelolaahan data deskriptif diketahui bahwa tiga variabel dalam penelitian ini berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif dari implementasi MBS, kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja SMK di Tasikmalaya secara parsial sebesar 76,07%. One of the important areas in Educational Administration/Management is related to Personnel/Human Resources involved in the education process, both Educators such as teachers and Educational staff such as Administrative staff. A challenge from the Indonesian people is to improve school performance, especially vocational high schools (SMK). The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of MBS, transformational leadership on the performance of SMK in Tasikmalaya is described. As well as to determine the effect of the implementation of MBS, transformational leadership on the performance of Vocational Schools in Tasikmalaya partially. This research uses multiple regression analysis method which is used to test the research hypothesis. The survey data used amounted to 57 respondents with information from employees of private and public vocational schools in Tasikmalaya. Based on the management of descriptive data, it is known that the three variables in this study are in the high category. The results showed that there was a positive influence from the implementation of MBS, transformational leadership and the performance of Vocational High Schools in Tasikmalaya partially by 76.07%.
