Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Program Paket Wisata Edukasi di Museum Pendikan Nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian evaluasi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang diusung oleh Daniel Stufflebeam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi data kepada empat komponen model CIPP menggunakan analisis konten dan analisis statistik. Langkah evaluasi menggunakan alat ukur indikator evaluasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) evaluasi context (konteks) Program Paket Wisata Edukasi sudah mempunyai dasar kebijakan yang baik dan ada kesesuaian visi dan misi museum dengan ICOM(International Council Of museum). 2) evaluasi input (masukan) Program Paket Wisata Edukasi masih perlu penambahan tenaga edukator dan penambahan media interpretasi non personal seperti media audio visual. 3) evaluasi process (proses) pelaksanaan Program Paket Wisata Edukasi dapat dikatakn sudah baik dari segi persiapan, prosedur dan waktu pelaksanaan. 4) evaluasi product (produk) hasil Program Paket Wisata Edukasi masih belum mencapai target kunjungan ke museum namun berdasarkan kepuasan pengunjung sudah cukup baik. This study aims to evaluate the Educational Tour Package Program at the National Education Museum. This study uses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model evaluation research design carried by Daniel Stufflebeam. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is data analysis to the four components of the CIPP model. The evaluation step uses an evaluation indicator measuring tool. The results of the research obtained in this study are 1) evaluation of the context of the Educational Tour Package Program already has a good policy basis and there is a conformity of the vision and mission of the museum with ICOM (International Council Of museums). 2) evaluation of inputs (inputs) The Educational Tour Package Program still needs additional educators and the addition of non-personal interpretation media such as audio-visual media. 3) evaluation of the process of implementing the Educational Tour Package Program can be said to be good in terms of preparation, procedure and implementation time. 4) product evaluation (product) results of the Educational Tour Package Program still have not reached the target of visiting the museum but based on visitor satisfaction it is quite good.
