Abstract
Pada kriteria umum desain bendungan terdapat keamanan struktur yang
salah satunya yaitu analisis stabilitas bendungan yang dianalisis berdasarkan
kondisi dan kombinasi beban serta faktor keamaan pada bendungan.Hal yang perlu
diantisipasi dalam perhitungan desain bendungan yaitu pada keamanan strukturnya
atau dapat diartikan suatu bendungan harus aman terhadap kegagalan struktural
stabilitasnya. Terdapat beberapa kondisi pasca konstruksi yang perlu
diperhitungkan pada analisa stabilitas bendungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pola tekanan air pori, stabilitas bendungan, deformasi dan rembesan
pada tubuh bendungan Sadawarna setelah pembangunan. Untuk itu, penulis akan
membahas keamanan bendungan hingga saat desain operasi waduk dilakukan
dengan menggunakan data instrumentasi dan dianalisis menggunakan model
numerik.. Berdasarkan hasil pembacaan aktual di lapangan (Instrument V-Notch)
sebesar 0.039 l/detik sedangkan berdasarkan pemodelan 0.065 l/detik, bendungan
masih aman terhadap debit rembesan maksimum karena kurang dari 1% data inflow
tahunan rata rata. Berdasarkan hasil analisis numerik (SIGMA/W) pada inti
bendungan adalah 351 mm < 2% dari tinggi bendungan dan berdasarkan settlement
plate penurunan zona inti 450 mm, sehingga masih aman karena penyelesaiannya
tidak melebihi batas yang diijinkan Sedangkan untuk deformasi horizontal hasil
actual 40 mm, untuk hasil model yaitu 135 mm. Berdasarkan hasil analisis numerik
(SLOPE/W) untuk kestabilan lereng bendungan Sadawarna, dengan kondisi tanpa
gempa, dengan gempa statis 100 tahun, dan dengan gempa dinamis OBE aman
karena nilai faktor keamanan berdasarkan data tekanan air pori actual lebih dari 1
dan MDE tidak aman karena nilai faktor keamanan kurang dari 1

In the general criteria for dam design there is structural safety, one of which is the
stability analysis of the dam which is analyzed based on conditions and load
combinations as well as safety factors on the dam. Things that need to be anticipated
in the calculation of the dam design are the safety of the structure or it can be
interpreted that a dam must be safe against structural failure its stability. There are
several post-construction conditions that need to be taken into account in the dam
stability analysis. This study aims to determine the pattern of pore water pressure,
dam stability, deformation and seepage in the body of the Sadawarna dam after
construction. Based on the results of numerical analysis (SEEP/W) on the dam body
of 0.018m3/s < 15 m3/s, the dam is still safe for seepage discharge. analyzed using
a numerical model. Based on the actual readings in the field (Instrument V-Notch)
of 0.039 l/second while based on modeling of 0.065 l/second, the dam is still safe
against maximum seepage discharge because it is less than 1% of the average
annual inflow data. Based on the results of numerical analysis (SIGMA/W) the core
of the dam is 351 mm <2% of the dam height and based on the settlement plate, the
decrease in the core zone is 450 mm, so it is still safe because the settlement does
not exceed the allowable limit. Meanwhile, the actual result of horizontal
deformation is 40 mm. for the results of the model is 135 mm. Based on the results
of numerical analysis (SLOPE/W) for the slope stability of the Sadawarna dam,
with conditions without an earthquake, with a 100 year static earthquake, and with
a dynamic earthquake OBE is safe because the safety factor value based on actual
pore water pressure data is more than 1 and MDE is not safe because the value of
the factor of safety is less than 1
