Abstract
Kawasan wisata di Kabupaten Sumedang masih perlu dikembangkan lebih jauh dan dipasarkan secara luas, seperti contohnya pada kawasan wisata Kampung Buricak Burinong masih kurang diminati oleh berbagai macam khalayak masyarakat, dikarenakan akses jalan yang kurang baik, maupun kondisi tempat wisata kurang terekspos. Tujuan penelitian ini dibuat adalah untuk menganalisis daya tarik tempat wisata Kampung Buricak Burinong di kawasan Jatigede Kabupaten Sumedang dapat menjadi daya tarik wisatawan untuk datang, mengidentifikasi menu yang disediakan di Kampung Buricak Burinong dapat menjadi daya tarik wisata gastronomi, menganalisis sistem pengelolaan lingkungan dan wisata gastronomi di Kampung Buricak Burinong sudah memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed method research atau kombinasi (kualitatif dan kuantitatif) dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, serta studi kepustakaan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para stakeholder (Nona Helix). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah identifikasi atraksi wisata yang menjadi daya tarik di Kampung Buricak Burinong, menganalisis menu makanan khas apa saja yang disediakan melalui bahan baku yang terdapat di sekitar (foodscape), serta peran stakeholder untuk pengelolaan tempat wisata Kampung Buricak Burinong. The tourist area in Sumedang Regency still needs to be developed further and widely marketed, for example in the tourist area of Kampung Buricak Burinong which is still not attractive to various types of public, due to poor road access, as well as the condition of tourist attractions that are less exposed. The purpose of this research was to analyze the attractiveness of tourist attractions in Kampung Buricak Burinong in the Jatigede area, Sumedang Regency, which can attract tourists to come, identify the menus provided in Kampung Buricak Burinong, which can become an attraction for gastronomic tourism, analyze environmental management systems and gastronomic tourism in Kampung Buricak Burinong is sufficient. This research uses the method mixed method research or a combination (qualitative and quantitative) with data collection methods in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. Respondents in this study are stakeholder (Nona Helix). The result of this research is identification foodscape can be a gastronomic tourist attraction in Kampung Buricak Burinong, analyzing the menu of any typical food that is provided through the raw materials found around (foodscape), as well as roles stakeholder for the management of Kampung Buricak Burinong tourist attractions.
